I’ve been trying to force myself to get back into Taco Bell and this location ruins it every time. It’s like they think they get paid to mess up your order and have you wait a ridiculously long time. To not be able to read and make a simple taco order correctly is a shame. This is fast food, not rocket science constantly messing up orders is embarrassing. I’m officially done thinking they’ll get some workers with brains and a smidge of professional pride.

Was treated poorly by Hispanic manager ask for refund she issued and said next time have patience or don’t come. We waiting over 45 mins and no food do better taco bell
Waited 30 mins in lobby all customers was serve nobody notice til I ask then manager still proceeded to make other customers. Co worker asked manager ledia to make order she still proceeded to make drive thru order
I don’t know why I proceed to order at any Taco Bell in the Charlotte area. How any are in business beats me.

Walked out my way because I like Taco Bell. But waited 30 mins at that restaurant before I asked when my food was ready. The guy said he would start it. after 33 mins the drive Thur person gave me my 11.13$ back like I asked. Left the receipt there as proof with time on it and time of money returned. Just won't goto that one again especially since it's out my way.

Placed a online order here 2/06/25 and arrived and stood outside at the window for 30 minutes. The girl served every other person that came to get their order that was black (about 10 people) before me and left me standing there. Then she asked what my name was and said she would put my order in. I don’t recommend going here. By the way I was treated, I truly think they are racist.

The food here is good but every time I’ve tried to order the newest freeze flavor they never have it. You would think the app/online menu would tell you what they do and don’t have available to avoid problems. The nuggets looked like they were in the fryer a little too long. The taco was pretty good I got the cantina chicken crispy taco. The lady at the drive thru was nice. She came up front to help me, she tried to give me different drink options as a substitute for my freeze but I didn’t want any of them. She gave me a BOGO coupon for it but because I did the order online I had to contact customer service for a refund. I emailed customer service through the app and still have yet to hear anything back.

Totally ordinary Taco Bell. I had the limited time chicken nuggets and they didn't have any dipping sauces but honestly the hot sauce pairs really well.

My son and I order from this Taco Bell at least four times a week only because we're forced to as new people to the area. Every single time we get our food after waiting for an hour or more it is cold for the half of the order that we do receive. Every single time no hyperbole. It's sad and I can't wait to have my own car to go to a different location.

This is what I’d chop up to a Taco Bell horror story, if you’re reading this DO NOT COME. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AN ENERGY HERE. This location has absolutely no customer service, no emotion, no smiles. The employees every single one of them from the manager w the dreads to the front line worker they all look like Ai robots, absolute the upmost lack of customer service or service in general I’ve ever experienced
