My orders are consistently wrong. Whether they forget to give me my drink or forget a food items/sauces. I have never had my order be correct. The staff is also not pleasant/always has an attitude. Disappointing every time.

Slow service and they can’t get the order correct. If you go inside they force you to use the kiosk but still get it wrong. Even with no other customers the service is still slow. Do not recommend.

I have been waiting and waiting since they closed for renovation. I would come here often when it was KFC/Taco Bell. I cannot complain… the service and the food was always good in my opinion. Food was always hot, if there was a delay there would give an apology. Such a bummer that KFC is gone— I wonder why? I went today since opening and the service was fast and the employees were nice too. I got the tacos. Condiments were layered evenly + neatly. I would definitely revisit.

I came through your drive thru & while I was ordering the young unprofessional little girl acted as though she had no patience from hello you ready to order, then I got to the window & the light skinned you lady that was packing smiled & spoke ( great customer service) but Rico at the window was still acting rude no greeting eyeballing me like I got on her nerves bc I chose your restaurant for my meal. So I called back after I chose to ignore her behavior and asked to speak to the manager which then a female took the phone I started to explain that my fries were cold & my chicken burrito was basically a mouthful of lettuce and sauce. In med conversation a man Fantavious ( the manager) started acting like I was speaking a new language making excuses & telling me he couldn't give me excess to your Corporate number, the name & number to your District manager. I drive for a transportation company & I am going to spread the word as much as possible that these ungrateful, unprofessional people work there & I'll be referring my customers, friends, & family to not give this location their business.

Rudest staff I’ve ever met. They do not even know what’s on their own menu when you’re staring right at it and are extremely slow moving. I get that this isn’t a fun job but you don’t have to be nasty and rude, especially when we are sitting 20 minutes for one burrito that looks like it got run over. I’ve been here twice and get told different things each time with an attitude when I’m literally reading off the menu. They also gave my vegetarian friends a beef burrito when she ordered beans and acted like it was funny. Skip this place!

Just had one of the best late-night drive-thru experiences at Taco Bell! 🌮✨ I wasn’t expecting much at that hour, but the food was surprisingly extremely fresh—crispy shells, warm tortillas, and ingredients that tasted like they had just been prepped. On top of that, the drive-thru attendant was beyond friendly, greeting me with genuine warmth and a big smile. Like literally sweetest most grateful woman ever! I t made the whole experience feel way more personal than your typical fast-food stop. Between the fresh food and the amazing service, Taco Bell totally hit the spot tonight. 🌙🙌
