The lady that I guess you can say half ass waited on me was so horrible rude. No not rude she was flat out mean and so disrespectful I recorded her talking horrible at 1st then she seen I was recording and tried to act different it was the worse service I've ever had at any restaurant.

I was talking to rudely by this person who said she was the manager, I went back because I was charged for something I didn’t receive. She said it wasn’t that serious! I work for my money so it’s always serious to me. She argued with me! I told her my blood sugar was low and that was my reason for coming there and she said that she didn’t care! Please don’t go to this location just because you will be held accountable for other people mistakes and they will be rude when you ask for the correct order you purchased. I never will come back to this location and I advise others to do the same because you are going to be disappointed

I was on break an went through the drive threw an I was getting my lunch lady at the window didn’t hear me wen I said take off the cinnamon bites wen I told her 3 times an I end up being charged for it the manger came to the window canceled the order wen it already been approved through my bank asked me to tap my card again wen I didn’t have it on my card bk I keep cash an I put just enough to get my lunch for that day an ended up not eat lunch because the money takes 3 days to come back on my card an in her words I quote “that it should be back on ur card just like the other people card I don’t kno wat to tell u” as in if u don’t have it get out my drive thru. An I was charged 16.48 a she wanted the rest in cash which was 5.45 the order total was 21.93 for the number 6 changed the regular taco with a different one an I felt I was being rushed an want an total compensation for my inconvenience an time wasted because that’s not how a fast food company should treat its customers. That come of there 30 min break would like to speak with higher management as-well

Came in for an afternoon snack quick and simply, so I thought. After seeing people that placed orders after I did and getting food,I asked about my food that I was going to dine in and it came in a to go bag. Not to mention all that time I was waiting my food was definitely cold.

Would never go this location for sure . No gloves n rude workers
They always “forget” most of every order I ever made, the workers are so lazy you ask for 10 tacos they put 7 in the bag hoping you won’t notice till you get home, I always ask for cinnamon twists and I actually never had cinnamon twists to this day, they leave items out on purpose, I’m the type of person to order 25 tacos, I paid for them I want them, they just stop whenever the bag is full I’ve never actually in my life received what I paid for at this restaurant they never actually once gave me 25 tacos, not even 24, I noticed that all of their mistakes happen to be less than what you ordered never more showing intent to do the job wrong, I’d get 14 out of the 25 tacos I ordered, so I guess some of the construction workers don’t need to eat? I don’t get it, why is it every single time, I’m tempted to have my ENTIRE crew show up and order 5 tacos each (over 250 tacos) and make it so they can’t lie or be lazy

There is plenty of bad reviews with proof but honestly this taco bell is not that bad. I live nearby and order on Sundays (with pickup on the mobile app). Whichever staff is working on Sundays 1-2 pm always does a good job on my order, the food is fresh and always packed right. The workers are friendly as well and always ask if theres anything else I need (nicely) they are always quick too.
