I ordered via mobile app. Despite of ordering ahead of time I was made to wait 30 minutes. Extremely poor service. Staff is also not pleasant. I will avoid going to this location.

I had an uber delivery. The guy said they’re working on it, I see they’re backed up so I wait. The manager checks with me 10 times over the course of 45 minutes says they’re making it multiple other orders go out and he still says they’re making it and then he says it’s been gone. Why couldn’t you have told me that in the beginning complete mess of a place never order anything from this place

Every time I come to get the food it's never there it's always that the system is down or that you have to come back in an hour they do have good food here at this one but waiting an hour or having to come back is too much!!!
PS: They didn't even have tops for the drinks.

My stars only goes to the cooks it too a min for me to get the half hot and cold meal…and I don’t know why the cashier came into work with an nasty attitude but it make my experience very uncomfortable and unpleasant ???? I was scared to order anything else he just kept rushing me

This store just opened after a complete rebuild.I stopped in today and got three soft shell tacos.When I got home not two miles away everything was wet and I mean wet like they had been held under water not to mention no napkins. I think this is pretty sorry for a new store.

I came here tonight around 8:45 after a 12 hour nursing shift. When I tell you that the cheesy bean and rice cured all of my problems I am not joking. The rice wasn’t crunchy. Perfect amount of cheese/ bean/ rice ratio. Baja blast was in stock and crispy as shit. This Taco Bell has let me down so many times but tonight I am so happy to say that my order was not my 13th reason. Give this closing manager a raise. ILY.

Hands down the worst Taco Bell experience of my entire life. All of the good was prepared incorrectly and was smaller than normal and crushed. Missing items that were paid for on the food received and missing items altogether. The woman at the window tried to make me pay when I told her I had an online order and then scoffed like it was my fault she thought I was another vehicle. Contacted the website but won't be back at this location.

Good morning, I am dedicated to delivering food from DoorDash. Unfortunately, I cannot give any stars to this place because the service of the workers is terrible. For some time now, very unpleasant things have been happening to me with the employees of this place. They make fun of me for not knowing English then when you tell them the name of the person and since I use Google translator to translate people's names and words we pronounce them wrong and they laugh and they make a fool of themselves and to make matters worse on 2 occasions I have received 2 orders for there and when I arrive I ask about the order and they tell me that the order has already been withdrawn and when I call Door Dash support to cancel the order it turns out that I am the first dasher to accept the order, this means that they hide the orders from me and They don't give it to me to bother me. I would like to know what the manager of this restaurant is doing who doesn't see the terrible service and discrimination that exists in this place. I hope someone takes action on the matter.
