Nooo why did we even order. The order we placed on door dash was wrong and door dash didn't even want to give us credit . That double sucked. We couldn't even eat what we got because but was stuck to the wrapping. Look like it had been sitting there. Again it wasn't even what we ordered. Never again ... lost over $60 from ordering though door dash . Thanks a lot Taco Bell

The service is so slow in the drive-thru that I don't even go here anymore. I'm not sure who owns this franchise but it has been run horribly for years. The direct entrance/exit onto Albemarle rd. going into or coming out of the parking lot is in such disrepair that it will damage the underside of most vehicles. The employees also close early when it suits them.

Waited in drive thru for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When I spoke the person on the intercom said to wait I am dealing with a customer. This would have been fine had she said something before I did. Of course your busy but at least acknowledge I am there and not just wait I'm dealing with a customer. Very bad service. Need more training. If you do not like your job I do not want your food.

I ordered food from the app. I go inside and wait for about 10 minutes until the app says my food is ready. When it says it was ready, I waited about 10 more minutes because I didn’t want to pressure them to bring it up. I finally go ask about my food and they say that they have no idea what I’m talking about and they don’t have it. I check that i placed it at the right store, I did. I show them my order and I show them that I paid. I show them the confirmation message as well as that it says it’s done. They write my order down and say they will make it. About 15 minutes later, they come back. They’re telling me they can’t make my food because they don’t have it in their system and they’d be giving me food for free. Mind you, I paid. They see that I paid and yet are still refusing to make my food. Ridiculous. At this point, it’s been a hour that I’m at Taco Bell. Finally, they agree to make it. Part of my order is cheesy bean and rice burritos with absolutely no dairy. And yes, I make sure to say fresco as well as “no sour cream, no creamy jalapeño sauce, no nacho cheese, no DAIRY.” Anyways, of course they put dairy on it. I also ordered sides of rice and black beans. They made it into burritos. ? This Taco Bell has always sucked because they employees don’t care, but this is beyond annoying.In all, my Taco Bell order took 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Went here for a quick snack after going to target! Placing our order the customer service was definitely here. He was kind and waited on us to make our decision. Thank you all. I’ve been here before maybe once or twice in the last year and always had no issue. Only missing one start because this location did not have what my husband wanted and he settled for something else instead. Keep up the good work you guys do. It’s Taco Bell y’all… not and authentic Mexican :) great bang for your buck!

I came during dinner rush on a weekend and still received excellent customer service.Shout out to Deion and Kayla for taking excellent care of me. I especially appreciate it being a customer that makes a lot adjustment to menu items. Would visit this location again.

Arrived to this location around 11:35 P.M. on a Friday night. As I'm pulling in they turned off the lights causing me to hop a curb that is extended far out and painted black! Making my tire to go flat. So I parked in there parking lot and some of the employees came to the door. Not to check on me or make sure everything was okay. They went over and laughed which was unacceptable! Luckily I know how to service my tire fairly quick so at around 11:45 P.M. I attempted to order food for me and my family. No one greeted us at the speaker after sitting for about 5 minuets I pulled to the window, and they just sat there and stared at me and just kept waving there hand at me in a motion of move along. Hate going to this location due to the pour service always provided here but it was the only Taco Bell on the way home, and that's what my family wanted to eat.
