We made an order through the app. Like always, there was an issue. We get there, and everything seems to go smoothly. But as we cross over hwy 16, my husband asked my 10 yr. old daughter to check her food and see if it was correct. We ordered her 3 soft tacos remove the lettuce. She politely says mom can you tell me what this is and shows me a bowl of rice. I say that would be rice. We checked her tacos, and they had lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black beans,sour cream, and some kind of purple sauce. I took the order back to let them know, and the guy responded to me. So what is wrong with your order. I explained, and then a woman walked up, and now I am explaining it all over again. I tell her it is always something every time you go to any tacobell, there is an issue. The food always seems to be wrong or something else goes wrong like an online only meal that doesn't say online only and then it cost you 18.00 instead of 7.00 when you order in store. Bottom line let's work on getting orders right rather than getting them out fast. If it is wrong, getting out fast the first time doesn't help.

An employee named Trinity came outside and yelled at me because I was parked for 5 minutes before coming in to order. I have never had any experience like this anywhere. It's almost like the employees go out of their way to be rude to you.

This is a taco bell /KFC restaurant. I pulled up to the drive thru, and was told that the only thing they had on the taco bell side was the dorito taco, and I don't like those. So, I had to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to leave, because if you look at the photo, there's no way to turn around, and there were people behind me. It wouldn't of been so bad if the guy wasn't so rude about it. He was sitting on a stool at the first window with his hoodie pulled down over his face, and during the 20 minutes while I was there in line line waiting to leave, I bet he only looked up from his phone once, and that was when another employee walked up to him to tell him something...it's really hard to find good help these days...thank God cookout was close by 🙄😭😂

The worst service of any Taco Bell I’ve been to. How does it take 45 minutes for a line of 5 cars to be served? This is supposed to be FAST FOOD. Plus, half the time we have come here previous to this specific time that’s so infuriating and making me write this review, the food has been wrong. It’s dinner time on a Saturday afternoon and I still am stuck in this line and haven’t even had my order taken. Only 4 cars were in front of me when I arrived. Absolute insanity.

This is not the first time they've messed up an order. I guess they hire people who are illiterate. Really not that hard to read "no cheese". I guess it's really hard for these Taco Bell workers. Pray for them . I'm hungry - they're stupid.

Always forgetting something in our order, this is the third time in a ROW at separate times where there is something missing. Stuff is so expensive now a days so would like to receive what I paid for.
