Gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life

I ate here 2 days ago. They made my food way wrong and I politely asked them for what I ordered. I think they did something to my food bc I got bad food poising. Been VERY sick ever since eating here and it’s causing me to miss my final exams so I may fail out of school. Will not ever go here or any Taco Bell or KFC ever again. Please save yourself and do not eat here if you don’t want this get severely sick.

I waited 20 min in the drive thru one for 1 chicken cheese flat melt. 8 cars behind me , NO CARS IN FRONT OF ME so I had to request a damn refund. Then she told me to pull forward because the order was ready. Once I pull forward the person at the second window asks what order did we have. Like girl you just told me it was ready. The reason I hardly come to this location. Horrible period

Ericka you have a nasty attitude you were at the window. First be very clear when you tell the customer which window to go to . You came outside . And I try to ask you which window and you tell me mind my business. . Learn customer service how dare you speak to a customer like that . Disgusted . 🤮 I will never be back I rather spend my money somewhere else I. And that’s who is at the taco bell window

Went through the drive-thru, but to wait an extra ~5 minutes (in the parking lot). The order was only one chicken quesadilla and taco. Then they didn't bring the drink with the order AND ~1/4 of the quesadilla was missing cheese.

We made an order through the app. Like always, there was an issue. We get there, and everything seems to go smoothly. But as we cross over hwy 16, my husband asked my 10 yr. old daughter to check her food and see if it was correct. We ordered her 3 soft tacos remove the lettuce. She politely says mom can you tell me what this is and shows me a bowl of rice. I say that would be rice. We checked her tacos, and they had lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black beans,sour cream, and some kind of purple sauce. I took the order back to let them know, and the guy responded to me. So what is wrong with your order. I explained, and then a woman walked up, and now I am explaining it all over again. I tell her it is always something every time you go to any tacobell, there is an issue. The food always seems to be wrong or something else goes wrong like an online only meal that doesn't say online only and then it cost you 18.00 instead of 7.00 when you order in store. Bottom line let's work on getting orders right rather than getting them out fast. If it is wrong, getting out fast the first time doesn't help.
