I don’t have option to give zero star, so just selected 1 star.Very reckless and irresponsible customer service. I don’t think KFC and TACO BELL people respect the customer food preferences. My wife isn’t suppose to eat ‘Beef’ and I shouldn’t eat ‘Any meat’, so we ordered 1 chicken taco and veg burrito, but they gave us ‘beef’ taco instant of chicken and ‘chicken’ burrito instead of vegetarian.Such a stupid place who doesn’t care about customer preferences and absent mind staff.I hope the KFC and TACO BELL main team or someone who is superior take an action.

The old sounding black lady taking orders in the drive thru tonight must be having a terrible night. I should have known when I sat in line behind one car for over 5 minutes and they just drove away. Well I did the same bc she was straight rude. Way to ruin my favorite food spot.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Waitedabout 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me (and a group of kids hanging out in the drive through) to place my order. When I got up there they were out of the double chalupa (the only reason I went out of my way to Taco Bell). When I got my food it was not fresh, at all and ingredients were missing in my Taco. The lettuce was soggy, the meat taste old, and my Baja blast had a weird flavor to it. I asked for at least 8 packets of fire sauce at the window and the girl handed me 5 and was very unfriendly. Will never come back to this Taco Bell, EVER. Waste of time and money.

Always order the number 10 now Saturday it was delicious today everything was bad they had no rice so all I got was a steak taco with some sauce on it and the taco was hard then I'll order the spicy potato taco and a spicy potato was so freaking hard as a rock I couldn't even bite into

No condiments. No soda machine is out of selected drink. No napkins. No customer service. This place is empty minus 2 customers. If I could give this place no stars, then I would. Very overpriced as well. 10 dollars for 2 pieces of chicken. I ended up ordering tacos instead. Very expensive and food was not even fresh. The staff obviously don’t care about their customers. So I don’t care to spend another cent here. Unfortunately to say this but in the hood, food service really sucks. I’ll be eating in an area where I get what I pay for with gratitude as a customer. This is by far the worst dine in experience that I ever had. I pray everyone sees this review before wasting hard earned money in this particular establishment. As far as myself, I will not be returning to support this place and I’m gonna express my feelings about this place to family as well as friends. Let’s see how long you stay in business. The more folks that know will not show support to places that don’t appreciate customers and their hard earned money with less than standard service.So I did get the 3 piece chicken as well as I was hungry and also curious. I wanted to take pictures. So they only gave me a small spoon of potatoes and gravy. The wing I received bone is broken up. The 2 thighs are decent size. Potatoes are average. They gave me only a few packs of hot sauce. Oh well. I rest my case. Chicken tastes like it’s been sitting a while. Not fresh. But very greasy.

Terrible customer service, never eating here again. They forgot half our order and then when we called THREE times they picked up and immediately hung up! So, we went back and the workers said oh yeah we realized it after you drove off and then laughed at us when she went back to the kitchen to get our food. The food itself wasn’t the worst but wasn’t great either. Customer service 0/10 food 4/10.

I never really leave reviews unless my experience is just completely trash and that’s what it was at this location.They need to do something about the kids they have working there. It took 30 mins for me to order and get my food, the kid that took my order was playing around on the speaker, changing his voice to sound like a woman then switched back to his normal voice. He had no type of manners, cause I was definitely taught to say “you’re welcome” to a person that tells you thank you and never say “Huh” when someone asks you a question. They gave me a broken up taco shell smh. I worked a fast food job when I was 16 so to see these kids acting like this is crazy. Management needs to do something about it forreal.

All the negative reviews are well deserved. This is the worst place I've ever spent money. The service is comically bad, it's like they are purposefully awful. Last time I went I said "thank you" as I got my items only to receive "mhmm" in return LOL. My kids love Taco Bell for some reason so I've been here more than once and on more than one occasion I've paid just to pull up to the next window to have them tell me they're out of something (again, AFTER I paid). Neither time was I offered a refund either, I had to ask for it. Crazy! Then they were somehow unable offer or even place an order for a replacement item, I was told I had to go inside or around again to order something else to make up for the item they were out of. Comically bad, it's almost like a bad skit or something lol. Don't eat here unless you don't like yourself.
