Inconsistent food quality now that the new District Manager took over. All the experienced people were fired, transferred, or quit. Plus, he went back on the deals he had with neighboring businesses.

I had lunch there today and have done so several times over the past few months. The service at this particular location is excellent. The staff here is so professional and friendly. Today Tiffany (per my receipt) was the lady at the drive-through window. I think she was training the young guy who took my payment (who was also very nice). Normally, when someone is training someone they practically ignore the customer, but even during training, she was super nice and attentive....

They have a robot taking ur orders which is ok but the employees don't welcome u wen u get 2 the window no kind of acknowledgement just here's ur order & they close the window
