Extremely slow service (20+ minutes in drive thru). Employees can't refuse orders because this location has thankfully decided to use AI for their drive thru. Their employees are still barely competent, but at least they can't refuse to work like they do at most taco bell locations.

Terrible service. They mess your order up, put all the food from different boxes in one bag like you are supposed to know what is wrapped up. Then, they want to get an attitude when you ask them for help figuring out your order. I'd recommend eating out of a trash can before going there

Food was good, but everything else fell short. First order for dine in, they didn't call out so it was sitting there a little bit. Second order for take out, they shorted us and only gave 1 of the item instead of 2. The team member was rude and unapologetic. Also, the food prep counter seemed to be dirty too.

Nothing but a bunch of sweetheart, darling employees. Easy ordering on the giant tablet. Fast service. They honored my request for no sour cream on my burrito which is quite a feat.

Went through the drive through at 11:15 pm and I asked for a nacho bell grande with chips on the side the AI drive through charged me for a side of chips. When we got to the window the women asked to clarify and we told her what we meant and in a nasty tone she said “exactly my point” “that’s exactly what I said” when in fact it was not what she said. Then shut the window and came back and said that it is not possible to do because it’s already made. However, I have gotten this before and it is not my fault the AI drive through messed up my order and didn’t understand what I was asking.

About time to get new management? Over 4 weeks and 8 orders they cannot no matter time of day do anything in less than 30 min. I have litterally had time to drive to another location, place an order, and then get order and drive home before it is ready here. All of the time.

Maybe stop worrying about wearing mask and instead try and do your job?

My order is never more than 5 tacos. Yet the manager instead of making food is closing down registers and focused on not helping customers
