It's hard to fall short of expectations at a chain restaurant but you can pretty much see where the people here just dont care enough. From the uber eats folks crowding the counter, to how long it takes to get through the drive through, its an F- minus effort. I can't even put it on a lot of the workers you can see. YOU CAN SEE them trying but looking around like management is more like a suggestion and a time sheet monitor. F-Minus.

My taco was greasy and fell apart. Tried the nacho fries that were cold. The dining area could have been cleaner. The atmosphere was sorta sterile. Nobody greets you anymore. You order from keyous. They don't say thank you. Just here you go. Like I would feed my dog. At least he does show me love. Smh. Times have really changed.

Slow as heck! Employees had no interest in engaging customers, being inviting or particularly helpful. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited for close to 20 minutes without a single person saying a word or even making eye contact until they set my food on the counter, said my name and walked away. I saw a woman who was there to pick up an online order and apparently somebody else had already taken it. 2 employees told her that it was already gone and without explaining anything or offering to help, they both began to walk away. If the customer hadn't persistently beckoned them back, nothing would have been done. They were happy to let her walk out without even an attempt at an explanation or solution. Fortunately for the customer, she wasn't willing to take "No" for an answer.

Visited the drive through late in the evening and the lady refused my order of .85 cent side of spicy ranch for my nachos at the window when I realized I’d forgotten it. Saying we don’t take purchase at the window even though we were just sitting there waiting for my 40.00 order. Seriously a small side of spicy ranch! Just poor customer service.

I'm subbing black beans for beef. And it never compares they are skimpy on the veggie cravings menu... it's trashy go to a different location. This location has consistently given me subpar food.

I’m always very honest with my opinion on my reviews.

I’m a business owner myself so I go the extra mile to be as critical on myself and how I present my opinion of my review.

When it comes to quick/fast food restaurants, I weigh my decisions very heavily and being extremely lenient with the service recommendation .

You have that many employees it’s impossible to run 100. There’s always gonna be a few screwballs or individuals that are there to collect a paycheck.

That is the biggest thing about this location.

The person that you put in charge at the drive-through window probably a very tough thing for a business owner to find.

Your point of contact, there you means of exchange and my recommendation is to pay much more attention to the people that you choose to put behind that window.

The food was right on point.

Very little attention to how it was wrapped up and put in the to go bag, often no napkins are put in the bag.

These are all little things, but when the people behind this window have any type of attitude or bring their personal or current problems to the customers it’s always going to be a problem!

That’s the biggest thing that I want to express without being unfair or focusing on the fact that the food usually always exactly how advertised.

That’s pretty much about it!

I don’t want to be a negative Nelly I just really wanted to emphasize this point.

I can tell you all honesty that eight out of 10 times that I come to your location. This is the one thing on my mind is I pull off which is why I’ve decided to do thisreview.

As a business owner myself over the years, I have been thankful over and over again that our clients bring experiences or examples to my attention!

I just want you to know that I think if you really were to focus on this one part from what I’ve observed, you exponential improvements.

Parking: Do parking, have not remembered having had any problems getting in or out pulling large trucks and trailers.

Ordered ahead and arrived 5 mins later. Took 20 mins via drive thru to receive that order. There seems to be nothing you can do to get an order less than 20 mins after you arrive.

If you can do that wait, great. If you have a 30 minute lunch break and drive more than 5 mins to get here, I wouldn’t chance it. They can’t handle their lunch traffic.

Normally no complaints about their food except today I got the wrong drink and customizations I paid extra for weren’t honored. Will not return for a while.

I stopped by this South Tryon location for a meal replacement.Upon entering; I wasn't greeted. I walked up to the counter and still wasn't greeted as Rose just stood there and asked me, "What do you want"? I said to her, "Hello, how are you"? She then said, "I'm fine, what can I get you"? She was rude and Nasty!!! It appeared that she was the only female in the building and if this is her demeanor....I feel sorry for those guys in there. I spoke to Harry who said that he was the manager. He made excuses. He stated that he was still getting use to the staff at this location. Her attitude is being tolerated. I'm not sure if Rose is really her name, but she's the girl that is fair complected and wears the mask.
The food was decent. The restaurant was fairly clean. The women's bathroom was Filthy and it was Difficult to get the toilet paper out of the dispenser.
She needs to be ReCoached. I work with the public and I know what Exemplary Customer Service is.

Is it just me, or does service mean nothing anymore? 20 minutes after I put my order into their computer, I still didn't have any food. The drive-thru line was getting people in and out quickly, but patrons who ordered in went ignored. Done with Taco Hell.

Ive waiting for my order for over 30 minutes, still don’t have my order. They just now starting making it again because someone else took our order when it was put out knowing it wasn’t theirs to begin with.

Robot takes your order at drive thru. Ironically it had more personality than staff who said nothing except bill amount. No hi no thank you no nothing. Like it costs nothing to be polite. Too many other great options where staff appreciates your business to retuen.
