Excellent service from the staff and the best thing is that the manager, if you need something, helps you personally, the bathrooms are very clean and the tables are clean, excellent service and a very good fast food place in the city.

Pathetic. Today's youth are lazy as hell. Two (2) yes 2 employees standing on front line. Both WITH PHONE IN HAND say I have to use the kiosk. I look over and there's 3 more employees standing around giggling, not working. Yet I have to ring myself up and not get an employee discount or a w2. I won't be back this location.

RIDICULOUS, you can only order from your phone app or the drive through window. You can't order at the counter nor the touch screens inside. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!we ended up go somewhere else

This is the bad taco bell. Incompetent management funnels down to poorly trained staff. Don't expect beef in your crunchwrap, they're low on cooked beef and don't give a **** about their jobs so they'll just throw a couple crumbs in and call it a day.They say America has an unemployment problem but the fine folks at this Taco Bell prove that we actually have an employability problem. Y'all need to clean house on the managers and let new more capable managers decide which of the winners working here really deserves the job.
