I just went in there and ordered a crunchwrap and fries and they gave me the wrong order. i got 2 tacos and mind you i went INSIDE not even drive through so how do you get that wrong? i also think they might’ve been using a substance because they were all laughing and acting a bit strange how do you mess up a crunchwrap supreme this is very unacceptable and i’m very dissatisfied this your job do it right 🤷♀️or get better responsible workers.

They had NO ONE at the counter. They made it to where you HAVE to use the self-service machine and I seen 3 people leave because they don’t know how to use the self-service machine and none of the workers would come to the counter to take their order.

Wow, the girl taking our orders stopped making food for the customers and immediately started making food for her boyfriend. Wow. And in the middle of lunch. And I ordered 20 mins ago. Wow. I definitely won't be back
My container of nacho fries was filled to the max. Not to mention they were cooked to perfection.

I just left Taco Bell at 4:50pm..I sorry I didn’t get you two gentlemen’s names…That was working drive thru together but I just want to say excellent customer service!!!all the way around from take my order wonderfully to the Exchange and the window..Great energy you two young men keep up the great work !!!We need more energy like that in the world ..So thank you Guys ? ?
