$100 lunch order for all the boys at my job. Ordered at 12:55. Received the order at 1:25. I sat inside and watched them work that entire 30 mins. They were clearly understaffed for the lunch rush. They also forgot 2 Large Nacho Fries.. so I’m just out $9-$10? You call and they never answer the phone.. because they’re understaffed. Nobody has time to answer the phone. I know this, because I’ve been in that position. I have a hard time wanting to blame the employees that don’t make enough money to really live. Why should they care? We continuously have problems ordering from this Taco Bell. If you go here, don’t do a group order. Usually if it’s just one or two of us and we can go through the drive-thru it’s fine. The food we did get was satisfactory.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places because I am PLANT BASED. This location used to be the best but now they just SKIMP YOU on food. I know BEANS are cheaper than meat so why are you not putting an appropriate amount in my tacos and burritos?! Being plant based doesn't mean I'm not hungry! It means I don't eat meat!!

It says their open till 3….. yet when i pull up im told verbatim their only doing doordash and mobile. Is that laziness or what cause thats not normal and inconvenience
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. The staff wasn’t just rude — they were outright disrespectful. They completely botched my order, and when I asked about it, they literally tossed the fries onto the counter like it was an inconvenience for them. Then she walked away and laughed about it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The food is absolutely cold and not fresh.

At 12:30 am, I pull up to the drive thru to order food after a long shift, a lady comes over the speaker to tell me that they are only doing door dash and mobile orders. Before I could even finish my question to her she rudely interrupts me saying that there's only 2 employees in the store and they are not doing any drive thru orders until another person comes into work. I've worked fast food before and pulled an entire shift with just myself and a grill cook. There was nobody in front front or behind me. If this keeps happening, I will stop eating at taco bell period.
Done with this taco bell, they have a consistent staffing problem and always have the drive thru and lobby closed except mobile orders. Even though i placed a mobile order before arriving it took 30 minutes just for a burrito and drink. This has happened multiple times.
The employee with the black hair and all of the black face piercings has a nasty attitude. And then forgot some of my order after basically demeaning me at the window.

I tried this location three times and I’m done. Every time they forget half the order and the customer service sucks. Worst location ever. Get better management

Just left this store getting a DoorDash order. Out of three employees (exception of the cook), not one asked me at all how they could help me. After being patient and standing there five or six minutes I, finally said something to them. Chances are I would have been standing there additional time had I not said anything. And I was the only person in line and the drive thru had one person who had gotten their order and left.
Please pay better attention to detail and customer service just out of respect for others and also their time
drive-thru and no one spoke, and there’s a lot of workers inside because we pulled up to the window. they saw us but refused to acknowledge us for some time. cars waiting behind too. after several minutes they open and then finally take our order.

The staff at this location is rude, unprofessional and down right scrappy employees! Someone needs to come and address how they speak with customers and how they pack food.
They threw 5 French fries in my bag without a carton. I took the bag back in and the little dude at the front tried to argue with me on how it was packed. The manager told him to not worry about it and she would take care of it. She is an older lady and the kids have absolutely no respect for her. The girl at the window and the young guy went a ran in the fridge when she needed assistance.

I dod not receive any sauces with my Doordash order. Yet it contained 9 on the order and I called up to speak to a manager due to me not being able to enjoy my food and they said they couldnt do anything and I shouldve came to the store myself for sauces. Very rude!
