Not staffed appropriately. I’ve come here multiple times where the to go line doesn’t move forward. Otherwise fine.

I'm a sucker for TacoBell, it was during a later time of the day; however, no complaints from me. I got a crunch wrap, the cashier was nice, so that's a thumbs up on customer service. Keep up the great work, I appreciate, & love getting food from here!

I am sitting in the parking lot as I write this, eating one of the best black bean Crunchwraps that I have ever eaten. Fresh, with ingredients perfectly distributed. It doesn’t get much better. This team nailed it.

Was there at 8:30 am and NOBODY answered. Sign said opens at 8 am. Don't advertise opening when you dont have the staff to be there!
Worst taco bell experience. I really don't expect much from a fast food place but this place was super slow. There was a ton of customers just waiting, everyone seemed irritated including employees. Bathrooms stay locked and there was no ice so they just gave me a warm tea. I'll definitely not be back at this location.

Getting off a long shift, I decided to go to this drive thru and I’m glad I did. I don’t live in this area and happened to pass by and go. The employees who took my order and greeted me at the payment window were so sweet and nice! They could tell I had a rough day and definitely turned my entire night around. The food was fresh and delicious as well. Will come back any time I need a meal coming off work.

Michael was exceptional. I was turned away at Providence rd store due to staffing issues they shut the drive thru down.
I called the Sardis rd store and Michael said come on down we are rocking and rolling over here.
He offered amazing service & was pleasant - keep in mind this was after 10pm on a Sunday with a line!
The crew worked together well and all were pleasant. They really represented the brand well.
This will be the store I come to going forward. You can tell the staff is valued because it shows in how they treat the customers.

Lobby is rarely open! When it is the sauce buckets are usually empty. You order $40 dollars of food and ask for sauce because the buckets are empty and they give you 5 or 6 packs. They act like them sauce packets are coming out of their checks.

Edit: Called Taco Bell corporate number, they gave me money back. They also said they would contact the owner of that Taco Bell, have yet to hear anything from them and its been a week now since the incident. That tells you all you need to know about that place. Spend your money elsewhere.
That is the worst Taco Bell waited 45 mins no food and no refund. That manager needs to be fired, yelling at the customers, had an attitude. She left and never came back to give those of us who wanted a refund our money back.

This is usually my favorite location. But today, I immediately felt sick and eventually threw up. Not to mention , the food tasted a little off so I only took one bit. Not sure what’s going on .
Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They are constantly closed, telling people to place a DoorDash order instead, which defeats the whole purpose of a drive thru fast food store. The inside is almost always closed and it takes a very, very long time to receive food. Last time I ordered food, even when I ordered online, I drove there and still had to wait about 30 minutes just for a few quesadillas. During one of the only times I have ever been able to get in the inside, I also noticed just how dirty everything was despite the fact that there was no one in the sitting area. Dirty, slow, inaccessible. Do not come here.

Almost 8:30 and the inside and drive thru was still closed. Despite staff being outside chatting it up. I dont come to this location because its always something. It's the closest to me, so I just dont go to Taco Hell at all. Thankfully, Wendy's never disappoints
First time at this T.B. Food was good, no complaints there. It did take awhile to get our food, ordered inside. We had a very helpful employee, help us through the ordering kiosk. I HATE the kiosk thing. The place was empty and total clean up was going on, so difficult finding place to sit. Tables are horrible, wobbling things. Don't trust that your food and drink won't land on the floor. The guy cleaning up the place was very personable and helpful. They got the order right. Most T.B. get our order terribly wrong, 95% of the time. Did I mention I hate the ordering kiosk? Overall, this T.B. did better than most Taco Bell's. I'd go to this one again. Can't comment on drive-thru, but not real speedy ordering inside either, kinda like most fast food places these days.
