They tore down the store and just put up a crappy replacement in its place It was never good in the first place but now it's even worse. They have two drive-thru lines that they don't even use and doesn't work right. The only way you can get food from this place is to apparently call DoorDash they don't want to serve customers at the actual store. What an absolutely ridiculous place

EXCELLENT STAFF!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY! I WENT IN AND WAS GREETED AND HELPED AND THE YOUNG MAN WHO ASSISTED ME TOLD ME TO DRIVE SAFELY WHEN I DEPARTED! THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RARE NOWADAYS AND GREATLY APPRECIATED! WILL DEFINITELY RETURN HERE & MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE PROUD OF THEIR STAFF! They just appear closed whenever they feel like it. Second time now I’ve placed a breakfast order for pickup, and I can’t get my food because no one answers the drive thru and the doors are locked, even though I see employees walking around inside. If you say you’re open at 8, then open at 8. Otherwise make it another time. Completely absurd

A structural face lift cannot fix the systemic issues within this location. The amount of times the store is closed during standard business hours is alarming. Sitting at the speaker box for more than 5 minutes without any response, food prep inconsistent. It probably should have just stayed closed.

Cantina Chicken Bowl was great. I've gone back twice to get it again, and twice the line was so slow I had to leave.
Waited in a long line 30 minutes for 3 tacos and cinnamon twists. I even called from the drive-thru line to tell them to cancel my order so when I got to the window I wouldn't appear to be rude. The guy who answered the phone tried to make a joke and be a smart ass. Thank God the car behind me backed up, two cars behind me backed up that is how long we were waiting! Do better please!!!!

They aren't taking orders except for online orders, at 5 in the evening! So I download the app and customize my order for 15 minutes and then "ut-oh something went wrong!" I can't place the order due to their app! Absolutely ridiculous!!! You have food and I have money but you can't take my order!? Never again!

Placed order on kiosk. 3 beefy burritos. Only customer. When order was finally ready she just slammed it on the counter! Not even eye contact. I checked order when I returned to my car. 3 cold bean burritos with a teaspoon of beans. I just thru it out on the parking lot. The place was filthy so I dodged a bullet.
