Fairly quiet without the noise of loud music today. The AI drive thru I have quit using as its service is pretty impersonal and has issues with modifying standard orders. Inside, order delivery almost never includes your drink cups without asking. And if you forget to ask for cups exactly when you take your food, it can be 5 minutes before another order comes up to get attention from staff to get your forgotten drink cups. Menu changes makes it difficult to order your favorite meal especially since there is no longer human cashiers taking orders. Today, 3 of the 5-6 self order screens were non-fuctioning. It was the longest wait for our food at a Taco Bell in several years. We did at least get a correct order which is an improvement for our last 2 visits.

Moe and Connor were wonderful. Assisted me from the drive-thru and at the window. offered sauce. Offered any other promotional deals. the best customer service I ever had at any Taco Bell in my life!!

Drive through at 12:30p on a Friday…. SLOWWWWWWWWWWW. This is insane. Fast food is no longer fast. Chick fil a would’ve been much faster and it’s a few more mins out of the way. Crunchwrap supreme is pathetic. Never again.

This place is the worst. Poor management and even worse employees. They don’t acknowledge you when you try to inquire about a mobile order. I saw my food sitting on the counter for 15 mins but couldn’t get an employee who knows how to do their job to give me my food. I highly recommend going somewhere else until a new, properly trained staff starts working there. Absolutely pathetic. I don’t write reviews but this place is so bad that I had to. No one should have to deal with this sad excuse of a store

Highly don’t recommend coming here, they messed up my order and the food that was in the bag was out of the wrapper and the floors and the cooking equipment was extremely dirty, it took me over 30 mins to just get a taco, there was atleast 10 people waiting to get there food counting me

This has to be the worst Taco Bell ever. The service is incredibly slow, the staff is rude, and the food is subpar. The staff just like to joke around instead of working and making food. They always complain about being short staffed, but if they actually took the time to work they could get stuff done. The food is sloppy lukewarm at best. My final straw was one night around 9:30pm, I tried to go through the drive thru, they said they were closed for whatever reason.

I honestly would rather drive 25 mins out to another Taco Bell than to ever visit this place again 🤮🤢

waited over an hour for my food but the workers were so kind. even gave us a free drink while we waited. looked like there were only two people in there! this isnt even really an abnormal thing. i feel like they are always understaffed! taco bell corporate if u read this... hire more people! give employees more hours! the strain on the employees is very apparent. godbless them for working on new years day and for having such positive attitudes despite working conditions. rating 5 stars cuz food was amazing and so were the workers. just wish i didnt have to wait so long!!!

I ordered 3 times from this location. And I can say that tonight was the night where I draw the line and I’m done with going here. The manager came out and notified us that they are closing. I ordered 3 times online for pickup on the app and he has denied me for my food. I miss the old staff that was here and actually wanted to work and serve their customers. Never ever coming back to this location. I rather drive an extra 20 minutes to get the food I want. Good luck getting your food at this location. Because it’s the worst. Taco Bell needs to get workers that want to work and feed their customers and pay their bills.

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had in Charlotte.
It took nearly 30 minutes to make one 5-Layer Burrito. When I requested a refund due to needing to return to work, the GM, Carolyn, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Poor service and poor management. I would not recommend this location. New management is needed ASAP.
