Once again the worst Taco Bell ever. They refused to sell to any customers and only accepted Door Dash orders. Why bother to pretend you are a “restaurant”?

Went there today, waited over 30 minutes for an online order. Employees were not happy, very sarcastic, seemed lazy. Didn't greet, thank me for ordering or anything. Also, the food was terrible. Haven't had taco bell in about six months. I will not be going back to this location. Save time and money. What a waste.

Only two guys working. Management should do something. Every weekend I order a mobile order and I always wait 40 minutes for it.

It’s terrible. Came a few times and the service has been terrible every time. Was just told it’s going to be a 30 minute wait to order any food because they are prioritizing door dash. Maybe prioritize the people who drove to the restaurant?? So bad. Can’t believe it’s still open.

This is a very mid TB being located at the Arboretum. Often they are out of something as basic as mild sauce. Frequently the dining room is closed because they are understaffed. Don’t even think about using the bathrooms to wash your hands. They NEVER have paper towels and it’s always a mess.

This is probably the most frustrated I’ve ever been with a food place. I wasted my entire 30 minute lunch break waiting on an order I placed on the app because they decided to give drive thru first priority. Then when they finally got to my order they ran out of fries because they used them on other drive thru orders. I didn’t have time to get a refund or for them to waste more time making anything else so to compensate they gave me 3 bags on cinnamon twist and a bag of nacho chips which will all be going in the trash. Never going back here again.

Every time. Unless you have a spare 45 minutes to wait in the to go lone for ONE grilled chicken burrito and a Baja blast. Look for another location.

I wanted to share my recent experience at this Taco Bell (Arboretum Shopping Center, Charlotte)..
I encountered a mix of confusion over cash acceptance. When I tried to pay for 1 taco with a $100 bill, the employee refused and told me to use a card instead, which I didn’t want to do. I asked for the manager, and while they confirmed there wasn’t a policy against accepting large bills, the employee insisted they had been told otherwise.. it was awkward, they argued about it in front of me. I get that working in fast food can be tough, and I appreciate the managers effort to address my concern. But the situation left me feeling there is a lack of communication within their team. It’s essential for both managers and employees to be on the same page to avoid confusion for customers. I look forward to clearer guidelines in the future..I will likely stop by again when I’m in the area.. the taco was absolutely delicious! Great snack

8/20/25 this day they were very short handed and had lots of people waiting for food. Idk the names of the people working that day but they had amazing customer service and still delivered great food. The lady working handed out a coupon and drinks to the people in the lobby. Whoever she is, awesome job!
