if i could rate 0 stars i would. went their for my birthday baja blast got a medium like always and the employee rudely gives me my drink fully sideways its spilling out the side i asked for a napkin cuz obviously it was spilling everywhere and she have me 1 napkin… 1 singular napkin… and then i take a sip and ITS DISGUSTING NOT BLASTED AT ALL CONSIDER THIS BAJA NAHJA BLASTED terrible so sad ruined my night

I ordered 2 medium Baja Blasts for my last one as a 19 year old since I’m turning 20 tomorrow. The girl in the drive thru was rude and gave me the most non-blasted Baja ive ever had. Not to mention they were leaking when she handed them to me and gave me a dirty look when I asked for napkins and she proceeded to had me one napkin. Worst experience ever. Wish I got the girls name to name drop her on here bc she should be fired. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It's a good thing there's no Taco Bell where I live or my waistline would be in trouble. People think I'm crazy but I miss this food more than any other when I'm out of the US. Service was friendly and fast but they did forget all of my Diablo sauce so......
I enjoyed my meal at this particular taco bell. The food was hot and delicious. I really enjoyed my dinner.

Extremely rude lady working the pick up window. It’s 10:19 pm on Saturday December 7. She said it was only pick up orders due to being extremely short staffed. When I initially asked why she basically yelled at me and mocked me. Whoever owns this place needs to make some changes. Horrible customer service.

When you see an employee vaping in the lobby while walking through ....you know it's a crap location. The employee was working the drive through, had dreads, vaping away like it was perfectly fine. Nasty.
