This restaurant has potential but the staff….. the staff makes it a pain to even stop in. And in specific the tall guy with the dreads is a horrible person to associate with. They work slowly at their own pace with out a sense of urgency. I have experienced being inside waiting with 6 other people all waiting to pick up orders and they work at the slowest pace I have ever seen. To be called fast food is almost embarrassing and should just be called “don’t care food” they are rude when asked about an order and offer no reassurances of when your food will be ready. They expect you to just sit there for twenty+ minutes and hope your food is next. It’s perfectly located, and is an easy option for fast delicious meal, if they didn’t drop the ball on every aspect of customer service.

Worst taco Bell experience I've ever had in my life! I made the mistake of ordering on the app and paying for it before I got there ?? When I arrived there were over 10 cars in line at the drive thru and in true Taco Bell fashion the drive thru was one that you can't escape from once you enter it (this is totally done on purpose I believe because they don't want people to leave because they take forever). So I decided to run inside and see if I could just grab my food from the counter. That's when I discovered why the line was so long. The employees were literally cursing and screaming at each other and several times they came close to throwing hands. Only one person was actually trying to make the food. After about 10 minutes a lady wearing a very inappropriate outfit for work whom I presume was the manager came busting in the front door and started yelling and cussing at the employees for fighting and not doing their job. She fired one guy on the spot and finally after about 20 minutes of waiting I got my food with no apologies from the manager for the unprofessional way her and her employees were acting or the amount of time it took for me to get my order. I did reach out to Taco Bell corporate and shared my experience and they refunded my food which was appreciated. I will continue to eat at Taco Bell because of how corporate made it right but never this location again!

At 10:10pm on 3/10/2024 some idiot came on the speaker after waiting in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes and said her “manager won’t let me take anymore orders”. We were stuck in line because the drive thru is blocked. She wouldn’t provide the managers name and a long line of cars behind us. Disgusting individuals, full of incompetent workers and a manager who can’t lead! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered 9 soft tacos, and 6 doritos loco tacos w/o Tomatos 4 crispanadas and a beefy 5 layer burrito i waited 15 mins for my food so i didn't check the bag because i assumed it was right I started handing my kids food and realized i was missing 1 soft taco and 1 doritos loco taco, so i immediately called to make taco bell aware. The manager that goes by D.D. answered the phone and was EXTREMELY RUDE, she asked me multiple times what I had and I repeated the exact order each time she then asked me for the order number so I got the receipt and gave her the order number and she told me what I already told her my order was. She then told me that she put the order in the bag herself and she knows I'm not missing anything I told her I'm pulling the tacos out the bag there's supposed to be 9 soft tacos I gave 4 kids 2 a piece and there's none left and supposed to be 6 doritos locos tacos but after I gave my daughter 3 there was only 2 left with tomatoes on them as well so she didn't even want to eat them so 1 is missing she told me again that she knows she put everything in the bag so I was like what do I Have to lie for. I have the call recorded as soon as i told her that she said I was rude and she hung up on me but what do you expect you were rude to me first and then basically called me a liar.

Not the most desirable location Definitely needs a bit of reconstructing managerily speaking and no particular positive spectrum even leisure should have guessed ever be idled in driveway or in the actual waiting area for the order for 10 minutes or longer if their order is only $15 respectfully Have a great night.
Trash as can be I swear. Order a chicken quesidilla from this location. The fools didn't even put chicken on it smh. At this point I swear all fast food on freedom deive is trash smh
