No drive through option and you could hear the cook yelling because I placed a mobile order online since I was already stuck in line. This place is always a disaster order never come right and people with poor attitudes work here

Truck driver here been here a few times and I always go straight to the window always had a great experience. It is perfect and they treat you nice. What more can you ask for?

We walk in expecting to be greeted and asked what we wanted instead we had to wait 10 minutes to be rudely told to order at the kiosk which i had already looked at and tried to find the items i wanted which was not there. So i wait 10 more minutes to be rudely spoken to again when I just need to order my food and can’t at the kiosk. Once i got my order taken it was fine but once i got my drink i realize there’s no ice,no sweet t, no nacho cheese, and no syrup in half of the sodas when i told the workers they were out they were out of the ice and and syrup they proceeded to shrug their shoulders and continue working. Absolutely not 🤣

Ohhh mannnn. Long story huge waste of time and money. Waited in drive thru from 8:30 to 9:10. I watch one employee carry a bag of food across the parking lot in the dark and cold to exchange food for a drink from Dunkin’ Donuts lol crazy work. While the line sat and waited and went nowhere. Then finally get to the window wait another ten minutes get handed food in a nasty greasy clear bag I check my kids nachos they only have meat and cheese. Now already once your in their drive thru you cnt exit if there are cars in front and back of you. So to have waited all that time and they still couldn’t even get the food together properly. So I ask the same girl at the window for a refund as I inform her I’ve been here waiting since she went across the parking lot for whatever drink. She then says that the manager sent her to do that. I ask for a manager and a refund. I give all the food back. Manager nastily says I have to go through the app. Then ask her for a number to corporate or a manger above her. She say no and slams the window. I then pull my app up to figure it out she threatens to have me escorted lmao off the property or to call the cops whole time I’m on the phone with my mother who heard the manger with the bad dye job yelling through the window nastily.

Was turned away at 7:30pm on a Monday night because “they were backed up” we were the only ones in drive thru and no one was in the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food is sometimes hit or miss, always have to double check my order. Wait in line for drive thru is incredibly long, sometimes 20+min after you order. Even if you order thru the mobile app you still have to wait a long time.
They always seem to be out of certain things, whoever is in charge of ordering ingredients needs to stock more of the popular stuff. Always seem to be out of Baja Blast.

This place is absolutely a disappointment each time I enter their premises. They never open their lobby doors although their opening hours specify 8am. Yesterday the manager came to my car at 8:30am and told me not to order anything because they were closed. I went to the drive thru another morning and no response after waiting 10 minutes. Considering that this is a high traffic location with shopping centers and other surrounding businesses, one would think that Taco Bell on the corporate end would be addressing this issue to decrease the amount of revenue loss daily. One can only provide feedback to corporate it's up to them to take the reigns.

Only order here if you want a dried out hard, looking like cat food burrito. Will never eat there again. The manager needs to get this place together.

I tried ordering a Mexican pizza at this location twice before & both times were told they were out. On my third try, what I received was a mess! It was visually unappealing & the tortillas tasted like old cooking oil. I asked for medium sauce packets & was told they were in the bag; I got mild sauce packets. What a waste of $6! On the positive side, there was nobody in front of me at the drive thru.

At least five times I’ve come by here in the morning 20 to 30 minutes after they are supposed to be open and they just let me sit in the driveway for five minutes before somebody acknowledges me to tell me that they’re not open yet because they don’t have any food ready. Very frustrating.

Ordered a Mexican pizza and my fiancé ordered a chicken quesadilla that’s practically all tortilla. This disgusting nacho platter was supposed to be the Mexican pizza...
Turned around, wasting an hour of my time, and I did get my full refund and asked for the manager’s last name. The manager shared her name, Crystal, who then refused giving her last name when i simply requested it. Crystal emphasized and yelled claiming that it was a HIPPA violation to give out her last name and she made this claim 3-4 times comparing it to me asking for her driver’s license information.
She clearly needs to be educated on what constitutes a HIPPA violation because asking for an employers last name does not violate a Health Insurance Act.
Honestly, don’t expect much out of the quality of fast food but I do have expectations to get an order written on ticket correct and also to give a proportionate amount of food while being apologetic for a severely poor experience.
This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received at a Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant. This is a clear reflection of Crystal’s incompetent leadership and her horrendous attitude. Taco Bell should be embarrassed to have Crystal represent their brand.

Has to be the worst Taco Bell in Charlotte! Definitely the worst service!!
Slow inside and slow at the drive thru. Dining room floor usually sticky. Varying portion sizes. Varying quality of how items are put together. Usually missing order items. Nice but slow and not-so-competent staff. Unsure if there's ever a Manager around - probably not. Must be corporate owned because a local owner would care more about how this place is run.
