This was the WORST bean burrito that I have ever had!!! There were lots of hard overcooked beans that were apparently scraped off the bottom. Did not expect all the little hard bits of it in every bite. Took 3 bites, opened it and said "no way I am eating this"!!! Do not waste your time, your money or your appetite here!!!

It’s 9:30pm on a Sunday. I’m one of two cars in line. I only ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and a Mexican pizza online. Been sitting from order screen to pickup window for over 20 minutes. Shameful for this situation! I understand there is one person on the orders and one person cooking but it’s not like the line is long. The girl taking orders doesn’t even acknowledge cars as they pull up to the order screen. You need to hire people who can multi-task better.

It's OK. Eat in or you'll have soggy tacos even though I live only four miles away.One order screen haa been out for weeks. It doesn't matter if staff isn't busy, they'll let you rot in line for the machine.Feedback on Twitter is ignored. You might get a paper towel when they are out of napkins.Guacamole is surprisingly good.
This Taco Bell is full of kids playing around. They move slow are rude and don’t even greet you. Literally by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to

Had the most horrible experience today for lunch A co-worker and I went there they had no spoons no forks no utensils at all the manager was so rude and disrespectful she was cursing out loud it was just a bad experience do not go to this place do not I asked for corporates number and she started cursing at me do not go to this place very hood environment

Usually this location is good but whoever was working drive thru at 2:45 on Tuesday April 9th should be let go. (African American chick wearing black Nike sweatshirt.) She didn’t have a name tag otherwise I would specify that way. She had a horrible attitude, and I spoke with nothing but positivity and kindheartedness so I’m not sure why she had such a stinky attitude towards me right off the jump. She didn’t tell me what my total was, just stuck her hand out and waited for my money. She got my order wrong and wasn’t even the one to hand it to me. The guy from the back did. She also didn’t even fill my drink up to the top and acted disgusted that I would even ask to fill it up more. She probably didn’t hear my order well enough because she had AirPods in her ears. I guess it’s not enough to just do your job well. Got to listen to music to make the job you’re qualified for worth it. Again, this location is pretty good other than this one rude and bitter little girl.

Can only order from the kiosk. Staff is useless and only one kiosk is working but all the staff tells you is you can only order from their kiosk. I watched your kiosk costume five customers today. I’m sure it has and will cost you many more. If Covid killed anything it is the food service industry.
