Went into the drive thru for two burritos which was fast since there wasn’t a single car. But the employee taking the order sounded mad, short and very unresponsive. What ever happened to customer service no one wants to say Hi welcome anymore. We pulled up and instantly someone who sounded mad said “what do you want ?”. We get to the window and just ups the door and doesn’t say anything so we hand the card then we get the food and say thank you and still nothing, she just slams the door shut. Maybe a customer training video would do this location some good.

Burrito was cold and the tortilla was hard, and the Pepsi was flat. Horrible experience, and not the first time. The only words the rude employee uttered in the drive through was the price I owed for the crappy food. She mumbled $9.06, didn’t say hello, thank you, or anything else at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Food is too expensive to put up with sub-par food and rude employees.

Do I even need to say it? Totally got robbed by this place. It’s not even edible, beans are a dry, crusty ball. Beef was so dry and both slapped right in the middle while the cheese got thrown to the side completely. Didn’t even slide off, it never even touched the top of the whole tostada shell. Better could be found in the garage without having to spend my money 🤮!! Unfortunate for who pays these guys .

This place is absolutely unbelievable. Good luck, placing any sort of to go or drive-through order without waiting an hour and a half for your mediocre food. If I was the owner, I would seriously consider shutting this location down and just giving up.
This one, without a doubt, is the worst taco bell franchisee I've ever had. They took more than 35 minutes to prepare my order. terrible service, terrible staff

The couple last times I've been here the last 3 months were horrible , no customer service what so ever . MY FAVORITE PART is when they see you and they ignore you . 15 minutes inside waiting to place my order and they just stare at you ..... The worst work ethic I have ever seen. Finally I walked out they have no sense of urgency .

To be fair, the few times I've been in the drive through, it's been fine. But ordering Uber eats here for 1 year+ at least once or twice a month, I am not joking when I say EVERY order is wrong and missing items. Today broke me. Waited over an hour (that might be the drivers fault not theirs) but the order showed up missing an entire combo box and both drinks and the chips for my nachos cheese sauce and all the fire sauce. What we did get was a mismatch of whatever tf they threw together I guess? Don't know how actually every order is wrong.
