This place is straight ass. I waited 2 hours for my order to even be picked up. Cancelled it and got my money back.

This place is absolutely unbelievable. Good luck, placing any sort of to go or drive-through order without waiting an hour and a half for your mediocre food. If I was the owner, I would seriously consider shutting this location down and just giving up.

The couple last times I've been here the last 3 months were horrible , no customer service what so ever . MY FAVORITE PART is when they see you and they ignore you . 15 minutes inside waiting to place my order and they just stare at you ..... The worst work ethic I have ever seen. Finally I walked out they have no sense of urgency .

To be fair, the few times I've been in the drive through, it's been fine. But ordering Uber eats here for 1 year+ at least once or twice a month, I am not joking when I say EVERY order is wrong and missing items. Today broke me. Waited over an hour (that might be the drivers fault not theirs) but the order showed up missing an entire combo box and both drinks and the chips for my nachos cheese sauce and all the fire sauce. What we did get was a mismatch of whatever tf they threw together I guess? Don't know how actually every order is wrong.

It’s garbage service 6 of 7 nights out if the week. I’ve lived in the area since 83. At times it was ok, but past ten years it’s not great 9 out of 10 times. But it’s fast food and you expect it to fail. Tonight I stood i side at registers for ten minutes with no help. Drive thru was empty and 5 staff members walked around chatting. One even clicked out in front of me. Various staff walked up to registers punched buttons, wouldn’t make eye contact and just went back to the back to chat. Good job guys. I left. I assume they don’t care and nor do i want food from someone with that little effort.

You could fly to Mexico and have dinner faster than trying to eat here. After more than twenty minutes of waiting and seeing no progress, I finally threw in the towel and just left.

130pm empty dining room, 5 crew in the grill/kitchen/drive through and not one greeting. No one offered to take an order....after waiting 10 min we placed our own order. Order was wrong, fountain drink machine out of syrup. Nothing says "get your food and get out" more than a 40°F dining room.

I would give this Taco Bell 4 stars, but it’s 57 degrees in the lobby. Clearly, they’ve turned the heat off because they don’t want people eating in.
Update: Came back today and it’s 55 degrees in here. This location doesn’t like customers.

worst experience ever. Ordered through the app like i always do. Never have any problems until now. Dasher said my order was delivered. NO PICTURE INCLUDED. I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. So i called and the guy who picked up sounded nice and said it would be taken care of if i clicked my order wasn’t received. I ordered at 1:30pm it is now almost 4pm and the restaurant is now not answering. Had to call taco bell customer service lost my free tier reward and everything because of this shitty experience.

I rarely leave bad reviews of restaurants, but this location has had such consistently bad service that I had to say something. There have been multiple instances where we have submitted an online order, only to wait over half an hour at the restaurant for food (even if there are not many customers waiting). Despite customers standing in the restaurant waiting for food, employees were not working and just standing around. Today, we ordered from the drive through and did not receive 3 of the items we ordered at the window. When we asked if they could make us those items, the employee refused to help and informed us that we needed to circle around and wait in line again. Then, when we got home, I found a hair in my Crunchwrap. We love Taco Bell and this is the only location close to us, so we continue to try again. However, there has been an issue every time. It seems that this location is poorly managed and employees need to be trained in efficiency and customer service.
