This location is so slow. Went around 11pm on a Thursday and stayed stuck in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. I would have left but once you’re in the line you can’t get out. The employee seemed extremely tired but not rude. My guess is they could use more help, which may have been the cause for the wait. Overall the food is what I expect from fast food at almost midnight. This location is in a prime area where other fast food restaurants are and there isn’t many options unless you ride up the highway. I would just expect a wait if this is where you decide to eat.

Went at 2p on a Friday. Short line, very friendly man on the mic taking orders. Super pleasant. Aquita at the drive thru window was very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service. My order was right and overall a surprisingly great experience.

No quality check. Consistently gives less items than the items that were ordered. Also does not provide receipts & usually gets the orders wrong. Employees seem stressed & over worked. The prices have gone up over the last couple years which i can understand, however quality has suffered big time. Taco bell as an Org does not seem to focus on quality control around service. They have almost made it impossible for employees to perform well due to the amount of workload.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options but have not trained employees on how to do this. They consistently put meat on vegetarian orders.

CHOICES the employee definitely deserves a HUGE raise truthfully she was so so Sweetest and Kindest person! I was waiting for 5 min for my food and it was a pleasure watching her bring out food with such a genuine smile it’s so rare to see that kind of kindness now and i’m grateful that she was there today so thank you Choices (beautiful beautiful name)and i hope a manager so someone sees this and realizes that your a rare Gem!
service is absolutely trash 2 employees walked out I waited over 30 min for food and the worker the guy absolutely rude and unprofessional night crew ill never be Uber eating here again I'd rather go to freedom drive location ?

Absolutely terrible Taco Bell messed up our order was told to come back and give them my name waited in the drive through line to have he rudely yell that I had to come inside to see what they could do. Very rude very unprofessional. Terrible service can’t get an order right.
