The worst Taco Bell ever! Nobody EVER acknowledges you when you enter and they send you (after letting you stand there for a while) to an online order screen where I was overcharged for items I didn’t order or get (which I realized when I got home). No wonder there’s never a line there. We will never go here again EVER!

Gave me an empty shell with barely any lettuce or meat… I order the dipping burrito and they don’t include the sauce. Y’all took awhile to give me my order so I figured “great, they are taking their time to do it right” smh I spoke too soon and gave y’all credit y’all didn’t deserve. Got all the way home and was pissed. Best believe I’ll be there tomorrow to speak to a manger cause this was just careless.

Food is usually pretty consistent at this location, which is great. Tonight's service was absolutely terrible (but is usually just mediocre). When we were greeted at the drive though, the girl sounded SO depressed. Multiple items were missing from my order and the cashier didn't even say anything and just slid my missing items across the counter. Really really poor service. If you have an option to visit a different taco bell, it's probably worth a shot to avoid the chance of getting absolutely abysmal service.

I ordered a zero sugar baja blast. It was no baja, all blast. They did not change out the syrup bag for the flavor, and we let them know. They told us “that’s how the zero sugar tastes”. Nuh uh. NUH UH. That is NOT how it tastes. I consume baja on regular basis, i know the baja, personally. That is NOT how zero sugar tastes. It’s all blast tn, and i had no choice but to take it.

The hospital location was wrong to show up in GPS and it's a waste of my time so I am required to fix it Food was given less like two table spoon or 1 scoop of ice cream vs tortilla are bigger It's not worth it to pay a $1.39 price for a cheesy rice bean burritos and it was in October 2024 I understand inflation in 2024 but food quantity was very less what ever I paying for it In north Carolina they were cheat to other nationality It's fraud and discrimination

It would be great if all of my items came with my order. Never fails, always missing 3 or more things in my bag. The food is decent, it’s just a matter of them actually putting it in the bag. Unfortunately Taco Bell is not price efficient for me do to the accuracy of the order.
No staff to run registers. Manager claims corporate doesn't allow them to anymore. If this is the case, corporate owned Taco Bells is going on my shit list.
