Pulled up around 12 am on 03/11/24 and was informed that the drive thru is closed and that they’re only doing door dash. Mind you they close at 2:30 am . It would make more sense to put a big sign in front that says “we don’t want to make any money “ and keep it pushing. Or maybe y’all should just close at 12 ? Went to the Taco Bell at university and placed an order with no issue .

Horrible customer service will not be back young lady working the drive thru had a horrible attitude extremely rude for no apparent reason. Please stay away from this location worst experience I have ever had will not be returning food was also over cooked and poorly put together, don’t waste your time with this

The chicken rolled tacos that I got were obviously left over from last week. The chicken was completely dried up and the taco was so hard as brick. The Baja Mountain Dew was out of syrup and the guy at the drive-through was too worried about what was going on in the parking lot with his friends to even care to even about what was going out the window. He never even acknowledged me he threw my bag out the window while talking to his coworker about what was going on in the parking lot. Never addressed me never said have a nice night. Nothing continued to speak to his coworker that was taking orders. Do you have any adults that work in this establishment or is it all children that have no common sense?? I called the store 3 times when I got home to discuss the food quality issues the Baja Mountain Dew, not having any syrup And they didn’t even answer the phone. Three times and no one answered the phone I live across the street when I pulled out there were no cars in the drive-through and there were three cars in the parking lot. So tell me why your manager or your shift leader is not answering the telephone?? Pathetic!! Wasted $9!!

Hands down the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Show up and nobody is working the counter with a line of people and we were all told that we had to order off the kiosk; kiosk was completely disgusting and only one was working. Whatever it’s Taco Bell I’ll give them a break on that. Go try to use the restroom while I wait for my food to be made. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week with no toilet paper OR paper towels. Washed up the best I could and then waited for 10-15 minutes extra before my food was ready. Get my food and go to fill up my drink only to find that the none of the soda machine syrups were mixing correctly or were not mixing at all. Whatever get water even though I paid for a fountain drink and go sit to eat only to find my food that I just watched them make was cold… like how hard is your job that you literally couldn’t get ONE thing right out of the entire experience. Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves and whoever the Manager is at this location should be held accountable. Absolute DISGRACE.
