It’s a shame cause every now and then I crave Taco Bell, but the amount of times that my order has been wrong is getting ridiculous. Why do I have to get home to realize that I’m missing not one, or two, but four items from my order. The inconvenience is extreme and the customer service is not the best either.

Look I get it. I worked in the food industry before. I understand you guys might not get paid enough, But at the end of the day you all do have a job and I don't understand why my burrito is burned dam near all the way and my quesadilla. I just paid for this and wasted my money. I usually can just warm my food up because sometimes it might cold due to delivery but this burrito is black all the way around.

Came here tonight with friends, spent 20 minutes standing in line, only to find out they were doing mobile orders only (no one told us, someone just figured it out), and then waited another 40 minutes for half-decent food. I don’t even know how something like this happens.

Worst customer service ever. They are so rude and immature. I asked about an order because I was confused and they assumed I was being ugly and I told them I wasn't but yet they continued to be rude af and get the manager. I proceeded to tell them it is not that serious...And worse of all...the manager that I NEVER asked for ... was ruder than the employees. Go to the taco bell off Eastway..they are super sweet.

I and my friends ordered online (3 mobile orders) and the only option was pick up through drive through so I went through the drive thru and they told us to come inside to pick up, no biggie. 2 of my friends got out of the car to run inside and grab the orders so us in the car could get through the line and meet them out front.. well we get a call that one of our orders had been lost so we pull up to the window and tell the our situation and the name on the order. 5 people come to the window and tell us that they don’t have it and we point out that it is sitting on the counter. It takes them 5 more minutes to hand us the bag and when we do we go to park and wait for the other 2 inside. They proceeded to call us and tell us that DoorDashers are stealing food and the employees are ignoring it/ignoring other customers and only making door dashes. Eventually they get our orders and come out to the car, we take bites of our food and find that one of our chicken quesadillas was steak and the other quesadilla that was supposed have no sauce had sauce on it. We ordered our food in the parking lot at 12:34 and left at 1:47. Ridiculous.
