Consistently get orders wrong and never care. This time they put lettuce on my taco (I’m allergic and ordered it without so it’s completely inedible) not to mention it was upside down in the bag. And they forgot my chips. So much money down the drain. Never coming back

Absolutely abhorrent service & food!!!!!! Made me get the food out of the trash can to show them that it was wrong. Nothing but attitude! I literally paid almost $20, & for nothing but attitude & terrible food! Never will I ever go to this or another TB again! Nothing but slop, & thrown together crap!

We were out after the Concord Christmas parade and on our way back to Mint Hill, the group said they were hungry and we all decided on Taco Bell, went inside and was very clean and the staff was very friendly, I personally got the $5 Luxe box and it was delicious, we had a few family members that stayed home and wanted some as well so when we were leaving I went through the drive thru, still the same great service and food, everyone was very happy, thank you Taco Bell 🤟

Ordered delivery, took 2.5 hours and they sent an order for Matt S not Matt H. Called multiple times with no answer and 4 door dash drivers canceled after they waited 30 minutes plus to make the order.

Very friendly service but super slow. We stood at the counter after waiting on a mobile order for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Once we got the food it was hit and miss. Sometimes was hot and fresh other items were cold.

Go here frequently to get my mobile orders. Wait no longer than 10 minutes and the food is always fresh

Don’t bother ordering a mobile order because you will wait for multiple people who ordered AFTER you to get served first. Waited inside for 30 min for an online order.

Friends and I call this place disappointment bell, because odds are your food will be cold, it’ll take 40 minutes to get it, and it’ll be the bare minimum amount of food they can give you. It’s a miracle when they get your correct order to you on time, really makes you appreciate the small things. Drive through time can range from 2 minutes to just over an hour. It’s faster to just grow the food yourself, harvest it, process it, cook it, take a nap, and then eat it.
You’re better off placing your order on the app.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. I don’t think I’ve ever seen people add so many items to a taco when request requested for it to be meat and cheese. Whoever works, the kitchen needs to read a book when something says “no” that means don’t put it on it.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to! I eat a lot of Taco Bell and this one is closest to me, but I avoid it almost every time. Yesterday I tried to give them another shot, which was a mistake. I was out running some errands and thought surely things had improved since the last time I was here. I placed a mobile order mistakenly for the dining room and got in the drive thru line. If you've ever been to this location you know both the lines inside and in the drive thru are long and slow so after waiting my turn for the box, I was told that I couldn't pick up my mobile order in the drive thru. I would need to wait in line and then come inside. I have never heard of this at another fast food place that does mobile orders. There is no disclaimer on the app. They also couldn't cancel my order because I placed it in the app and after waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, I was not coming inside to continue waiting. So now I've been sitting on hold for 20 minutes so far waiting for the customer service line to answer so I can get a refund (wouldn't you know corporate is closed on the weekend). Idk who owns this franchise, but I'd love to know what other locations they own so that I can avoid all of them. The consistency over the last 2 years or so in terrible service is clearly an issue with the upper management at this location.

They are really slow in their services...
Especially at night,they will prioritizing people at the drive thru more than those in the store and even online orders
Whoever was at the drive thru today really hates their job. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in years and had no idea what to get. After about a minute I ordered. You can hear the attitude in her voice. At the window the person didn’t even look at me. She just stuck her hand out for payment. She again made no eye contact when handing back the card or food. It was the first time I’ve ever seen that happen in the drive through.
