Service is very poor. The chicken in the quesadilla was cold. Quesadilla was made incorrectly. Tortilla, cheese and cold chicken. No sauce. Called to speak with a manager. Advised they were busy and would give me a call back. No call received!

I recently visited Taco Bell and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The quality of the food was subpar, and it seemed like the oil they were using had been reused multiple times. The food had a greasy, heavy taste, and the texture was off, which made it hard to enjoy. It's clear that the oil had lost its freshness and had been used for too many rounds of cooking. For a fast-food chain, I expected a lot better, and this was just not up to standard.

This place should be sold off and turned into something else, I come here only in extremely necessary times as it’s so bad. Over the last few years I’ve NEVER received my entire order or have it been correct. They literally have a 100% fail rate at order accuracy. Only come here if you want to have them give you half of what you paid for and not have what they did give you be correct.

There’s a man that works here that goes by the name Mr. G. He is the only one busting his behind working like he actually has a job to do. This taco bell is critically understaffed. It was 12 noon when I walked in for lunch and 12:45 when I got my food. Either hire some more staff or shut this location down. Mr. G can’t keep doing it all by himself. There was an active drive thru and 10 people in the lobby waiting for their food at one point, with only five or six workers and only one of them moving efficiently. I would’ve given 1 star but I know that at least one worker was making something happen.
