The young man in the drive-thru was courtesy and professional.....however my grilled steak cheese burrito was burnt and poorly prepared . I understand the operation is fast-paced, but the quality of food paid for should always be decent enough to make me come back! I will drive the extra 4 mile to go to the other location next time.

Terrible customer service. Employees curse very loudly. Went to pick up a mobile order. I gave them the name and they took over 20 minutes to acknowledge me again. The manager at some point walks over and asks for my name again then walks off. I ask about my order and a guy reqches in the back, grabs what is my order and tosses it across the counter angrily. So the order had been completed but they just let it sit there. First and LAST time I will ever enter that location. Go at your own risk.

This place needs a full corporate reset. I watched one of the hot headed children who worked there walk outside and try to physically assault a doordasher who clearly didn’t speak english, while every employee laughed besides one. There was a younger guy with short locs who seemed to be the manager and he was the only one with even an ounce of customer service, keep him, the rest of the need to go if this location is gonna survive.

Too much waiting time at the drive thru. They take a lot of time preparing everything, they are not interested in the client.

This location has terrible quality and consistency.I have ordered food from here 4 times in the past month. And every single time I have either been missing items or given the wrong items. Half of the time the items arrive cold like they were made an hour prior and had been sitting around. Absolutely, unacceptable..

I am a door Dasher and as I wrote this, there are 7 of us waiting for orders for more than 25+ minutes for our orders as we've been told that the kitchen is not prioritizing online/door dash orders. All while there are little to no cars in the drive thru, the staff of 6-8 employees just stands and looks at all (now 8) of us waiting for customer orders in their lobby.

I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and a crunch wrap supreme no sour cream. I got 2 cooked quesadillas with no cheese and a crunch wrap supreme with sour cream. I can forgive the sour cream, but the quesadillas with no cheese hurt my heart.

Never come to this Taco Bell. I had the worst fast food experience of my life tonight and I can say with absolute certainty, that I will not be coming back. I placed two mobile orders through the app and left to pick them up. The order taker was snappy and didn’t confirm anything being said. I pulled up to the window and waited for my order for 10 minutes I received my first order and attempted to ask about the second, I waited for 7 extra minutes and even tried knocking on the window all while the staff ignored me completely. I returned home assuming my order was complete and when I checked, my food was thrown in the bag not wrapped up properly at all, therefore the meat from my tacos had spilled all over the bag, and grease got all over my car seat and my hands. Not only that but I didn’t even get the other order I had placed and payed for. I headed right back to the Taco Bell hoping they would fix their mistake and give me edible food. I walked in the door and was met by a screaming child inside, who I believe was one of the employees children, running around doing whatever they please with no disciplinary acts from anyone. I walked up to front counter and a man mumbled under his breath while not even looking at me, expecting a response. He saw I had an order in my hand and he now in a normal tone asked what was wrong with it. I showed him my very obviously messed up food, and him and another coworker were just laughing behind the counter while basically ignoring me further. After I explained what was wrong I asked for them to remake it and after more mumbling and laughing they agreed. I then mentioned my other order that I had not received and their response was more mumbling and eye rolling. After continuing to press them about it they found it in their system and said they’d get to work on both orders. I sat down and waited patiently while the kid still ran on a rampage around the store making it an extremely uncomfortable space to be in. I waited for 30 minutes watching the employees walk around and go to the bathroom and doing everything but making my order. I stood up from my seat and walked right back to the counter wanting to speak to someone and get an update on my food. No one came to talk to me, they kept doing whatever they wanted, and I think they realized I was standing there because one of the employees shouted out that he was making it as he started to make it. After another 10 minutes of waiting at the counter they finally brought me my orders. I thoroughly checked my orders to make sure they were correct, they weren’t, they were close enough, but I didn’t get my cheese sauce for my fries, and there was an extra taco that I didn’t order, whatever, I was ready to get out of there. I got home again nearly an hour after getting home the first time, and sat down to enjoy my long awaited meal. When I did, my chicken chipotle melts, which are a pretty simple thing to make, had no chipotle sauce, one of the three ingredients. My fries were stale and unseasoned, the other order was extremely moist, as if it was dunked underwater. And I couldn’t even bring myself to finish my food. The workers were unprofessional, unfriendly, and terrible at their job, the place was not clean, I saw multiple bugs crawling around in my time inside, I am extremely upset and this extremely long review doesn’t even begin to express it.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I have worked in the service industry for 6+ years and never have I ever thought it was okay to act the way the manager and employees were this evening. My girlfriend and I pulled to the speaker to order our food at approximately 8:40. We each ordered 2 food items and a drink. When we arrived at the window, we were told to pull off to the side until our food was ready, which was not a problem as I have done this at dozens of other fast-food restaurants. After waiting off to the side for 30 minutes and seeing other cars arrive after us and receive their orders, we decided to go inside and ask why our food was taking a bit longer. Upon asking, they told us they had given our order to the wrong car and walked away. I overheard some other employees say that it was "going to be a minute" so we took a seat to wait. We sat and watched as random employees came out from the back and outside just to stand around. After an additional 20 minutes, our food still had not been received and we had been watching dozens of other orders go out in this time. During this period, we watched as every staff member began fooling around, acting up, cursing loudly, and standing around as if they were confused as to what they should be doing. I even heard one of the employees say "I'm just chilling on the clock".... He was standing around, laughing at the people on the other side of the counter (we would watch him look in our direction and whisper something to a coworker) and just overall making fun of a situation in which everyone was upset and struggling. Eventually, we decided we would rather just have our money back and try our luck elsewhere because, at this point, it was close to an hour from the time we had been told to pull around in the first place. My girlfriend approached the counter with another gentleman who had also been waiting for nearly an hour and was also actively being ignored by the manager. Both my girlfriend and the gentleman attempted to gain the attention of the manager or any of the employees when she started getting an attitude and said "We are working on your food" in a very rude manner. When my girlfriend countered by telling her we did not want the food and instead just wanted our money back, she raised her voice and shouted "Can you give me a second" at my girlfriend. At this point, I was enraged. I, again, have worked for several years in the restaurant industry and I know that mistakes happen, and times are tough. But for having to wait almost an entire hour for four items only to be yelled at? That is unacceptable. There were two employees out of the entire staff tonight who were sympathetic and helpful, and I truly wish I had gotten their names so I could give them my thanks. This experience was extremely frustrating and disheartening and for them to offer nothing, not even an apology, really has me disappointed. I do not think the "manager" needs to be in the position she is in. Please do better, Taco Bell.
