Food is great, service is absolute BS... placed our order and stood right there at the exit door literally holding my number for 20 minutes. Asked how much longer, food had been sitting there for 10 minutes on the counter. Never called my number, never asked if I'd been served. I live in Fayetteville and only come here when I'm over visiting my sister. I've stopped here every single time I'm in town, but tonight was the last visit.

Came out to grab some tacos. Got the Chicken Bacon Ranch & Mango Habanero. The tacos are pretty good but may need taco sauce every other bite. The service is great and fast! Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite.

Phenomenal service. When I walked in I mentioned it was my first time. Guy at the counter walked me thru the process. The manager walked my food out and thanked me for trying them out! Food was excellent. I'll be back!

This is for the Arboretum location, not sure if this is the case at other locations. While the food is good, the employees are not treated right, at least in our experience. They hire teens and have them work a few weeks, but then over hire and stop scheduling certain people. No feedback is given as to why and those employees are completely ghosted for months until they just go find another job. The managers could do better. I get that you want to ensure you have plenty of staff just in case, but if you’ve overstaffed or there is a performance problem, treat people correctly and communicate like adults, especially to young people that are still figuring things out.

Didn't really expect much, but it was honestly super good.

I came to eat in with my family. The service was great. Very friendly staff. The food was delicious I had the fajita burrito it was huge. My kids enjoyed the food also.

Usually this taco spot is pretty decent and my friends and I frequent this place a lot, we’ve eaten in, hot take out and so forth. The one thing that did it for me was recently was when my son and I stopped in to get to nachos and while I was ordering my son went to the restroom to wash his hands. While he was washing his hands, he said an employee of tacos for life flushed the toilet came out of the stall and walked straight out of the bathroom. My son immediately followed to see if he was maybe clocking out for the day, but the guy went into the back of the kitchen, my son came around to the front where I was at the register and he saw that same guy going on the line and started fixing food like nothing ever happened. So he explained to the cashier what happened then the manager came over. The manager who seemed angry refunded our money back and we left. I’ll try another location but I can’t with this location anymore. Usually everything is always good and on the up and up but not anymore. I know good help is hard to find and people are struggling and are constantly understaffed and I get it but you just can’t compromise especially when it comes to hygiene and food or personal sanitation and cleanliness. Those are things that all restaurants should uphold to the highest standards.

Large portion of delicious salad. My son liked this taco. I recommend this place.
