Extremely disappointed at their customer service. Is important to mention that I’m Mexican and I am not from Charlotte. I order flautas and the menu has two options listed which is Chicken and Beef. I informed the guy taking my order I wanted Chicken and he said is only Beef. I was confused because is an option on the menu. The guy didn’t apologize for the confusion as that is false advertisement! Next order was burger that cost $10 then when I get my order I realized the fries have this season on top of my fries that looks like red. I took it back and informed the guy that I didn’t order for the fries to have that season on top. The guy was quick to point finger and said that I didn’t informed him not to put that on the fries. How was I supposed to know they were going to do that? I am NOT from here and they should be courteous to give me new fries and instead he was just there arguing with me as how everywhere they season the fries and I should know that. A second guy showed up and now I have both of them telling me is not their fault that I didn’t informed him to not put the seasoning on the fries. They didn’t acknowledged the fact that I didn’t know that seasoning being put on the fries. Towards the end I got the fries I ask and left but Is so sad that they are not considered of tourist and visitors that don’t knowing about this and yet we are to know about this (apparently - according to them ). Never Going Back!!!

I have said this about other Taco places before, but this truly is the #1 Place for tacos in Charlotte. The food is super fresh (guess because they are part of grocery stores) and the flavor in the food is unbelievable. Its a great community feel and everything is well priced. This food truck is a MUST if you are looking for great tacos.
