I recommend getting the Machete. It was a combination of great flavors, good quality ingredients, and it was a foot long! The people at Rosita Taqueria work hard and cook with love for strangers and friends alike!

Oh my!!! Our first time trying today. All I can say is Amazing authentic Mexican food!!! The best that I have had since living in Santa Ana California with frequent visits to Tijuana growing up😬 so much food,very well worth every penny and really nice people😍

This food truck was not the best. The food is ok nothing special and the alpastor meat didn't taste like it should. Little flavor no pineapple topping/salsa to enhance the flavors. Proportionally the rice to meat ratio is not good. You might as well order a rice burrito light meat or hold the meat. Oh, and i had chunks of fat. The burrito is big but still not worth the money. That burrito will set you back $15 you read that right $15 no drink no sides just the burrito. They don't post their prices either. Only reason I may consider going again is if I'm in the area, in the mood for mexican food and nothing else is open. 2 stars on the food because it isn't the worst.

I always get the steak or chicken tacos. The steak is very flavorful. Love the green salsa. Lol my kids mouths get watery when I say we're going to go get tacos from here.

What do I mean by inconsistent pricing they determine the price by the type of demographics customer/consumer that you are.
