We had Taste of Heaven Southern Kitchen cater our June 5th wedding, and it was the BEST decision we could have made!!! From the moment we reached out to them, they were incredibly professional and super responsive, making the entire process effortless. The food was absolutely AMAZING. From the appetizers to the main dishes, dessert and drinks every single thing was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and that peace of mind made our special day even more enjoyable. If you want delicious cuisine and top-notch service, Taste of Heaven is the way to go! You won’t regret it!!

aste of Heaven Southern Kitchen catered our family reunion, and everything was amazing! The setup was super professional — they brought everything we needed, and the food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our menu had Peruvian chicken, fried catfish, mac and cheese, green beans with smoked turkey, garden salad, rolls, peach cobbler, and drinks. Everyone loved it!

The Peruvian chicken had a little kick to it (which some of us loved, just something to know if you have folks sensitive to spice), but overall, the food was a big hit. We even had leftovers to take home! The whole process from booking to event day was smooth and stress-free.

Would definitely recommend Taste of Heaven for any event where you want good food and great service!

Drove from Atlanta to try out the food at this particular restaurant however on the website it says that they open at 11 AM. We were sitting in the parking lot at 11:15. This restaurant was still not open so we just kindly drove down the street to another restaurant to try their food for our upcoming family reunion in 2025. Wish I could give a better review but can’t because the restaurant still wasn’t open @ 11:15am

Hired the taste of heaven team to cater a private dinner for me and my fiancé. Ruben was professional arrived on time and fully prepared. Ruben was tentative and put together a menu for the day with all of our favorite foods. Everything was delicious and the pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Had Taste of Heaven Southern Kitchen cater my wedding and they were amazing! My guests raved about the sweet potato cheesecake and all the entrees. They handled everything very smoothly and have very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

They were amazing! They truly made my wedding dream come true. Ruben was great to work with and was always happy to accommodate any of my requests. Great on time service. Food was amazing. We were a pretty hard group to please. He was patience and easy to work with.

Ruben and his assistant did dinner party of 12 for us at my home. The menu options were excellent, they came well prepared, the food was delicious and they couldn’t of been nicer. Very pleased with them and will defintely be using them in the future!

I waited nearly 20minutes called multiple times on a door dash with no answer or help for the staff im so disappointed

I work for a TV production and just want to say Reuben and the Taste of Heaven were absolutely a joy to work with! They were flexible and so accommodating to all of our needs. I was able to schedule the time of drop of all the way up until midnight the night before and they were never late! Always amazing food and such great flavor! Normally with catering food and large batch cooking you can lose some of the taste and soul, but that is far from opposite for these guys! Would recommend to any groupThey served us for 3 full weeks all over the Charlotte Area!

I am a Charlotte area event planner and Taste of Heaven was my caterer for the most recent wedding I produced. They did excellent work! The food was phenomenal especially the soulful eggrolls #yummy I would highly recommend them for any event but especially for a wedding.
