The setup was super professional — they brought everything we needed, and the food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our menu had Peruvian chicken, fried catfish, mac and cheese, green beans with smoked turkey, garden salad, rolls, peach cobbler, and drinks. Everyone loved it!
