We first had food by Taste of Bengal at a friend’s place. It was their popular item- Kolkata Biryani. We were totally blown away by how perfectly they had recreated the authentic taste and flavor of the iconic dish, complete with meat melting off the bone and of course, the show stopper of Kolkata Biryani- THE aloo!
