I want to acknowledge the team at Club 5400 for addressing the issues we experienced during our friend’s 51st birthday in September. Despite paying for a VIP section and having our names on the check-in list, we faced unnecessary delays and confusion at the front and with the door staff, which held us up for nearly 30 minutes.

One of the business partners reached out the next day, was professional, understanding, and clearly disappointed by the situation....

Mid Day lunch with Pam is fun, I didn't know what type of cocktail 🍸 to get so I asked to be surprised 😯 & It was pleasantly surprised Great Job Ms. Cocktail Specialist.. I'LL B BACK PAM ITS BEV SIS👌🏽

Food is always good but the person that was serving us great in the beginning but later when we needed a drink she was busy watching the Dan e floor so we had to get someone else to serve us and we were waving her down but she never looked our way
