Toppings were put up ahead of closing and the employee refused to allow me to use those toppings citing “the tops are hard to clean” and that she cleaned them ahead of closing because she could.8/24 - my receipt says 9:59PM - we did have a minute or so conversation regarding the toppings before I paid. I know it was only a minute before closing, but all pump and squeeze bottle toppings were already on the back counter uncapped and wrapped in plastic wrap when I arrived in the store. I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to allow me to use two of those toppings and clean only those two after the doors were locked.

I took my grandson to this business a couple of days ago. He went into the establishment and got a cup and brought it to me first. The young lady that worked there thought that was so nice. He got a lot of gummy worms, gummy figures. There is a restaurant in that strip section but they had two men directing traffic, had to park on the side of wall. Too busy when everyone is coming from work. This is a popular place.

This is a great frozen yogurt pretty close to downtown Charlotte - only a few minutes away by car! I think TCBY is one of North Carolina’s bigger frozen yogurt chains, but just because it’s a chain doesn’t mean it’s any less good. You’ll feel like a kid again picking all your different ice cream flavors and toppings. Go one way and have mostly frozen yogurt with almost no toppings, or go the other way and fill your cup to the brim with toppings! Just keep in mind they price you based off your ice cream’s weight, so it could get expensive if you pack it with too much stuff. The store inside is very clean, there is plenty of parking out back, and it has a very bright and cheery atmosphere. Great place to go if you’re looking for a treat!

The Italian flavor is wonderful! I was a big fan of any other flavor. I was able to try them all. There are frozen yogurts you try that taste just like a creamy ice cream but not these... I recommend their sorbet flavors and they have options for dairy free. The place is cute and very ice cream shop. Located in mid plaza and around other restaurants and shops so a great pit stop for a treat snack while shopping or for dessert like we did. The service was good they answered all our questions and it was quick.

BUT PLEASE DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED ABOUT TCBY BEING LOCATED HERE IN THIS PARKING LOT BECAUSE IT DEFINITELY IS HERE ? MY FAVORITE FLAVOR IS BIRTHDAY CAKE AND THEY DO HAVE MORE FLAVORS SUCH AS OREO, VANILLA, CARAMEL ETC....... BUT THIA PLACE IS DEFINITELY THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN?

The white QUEEN who claims to be the owner is very rude and condescending.Check your order too, they'll charge you for a pound of frozen yogurt and you only got 5 Oz.

This place is self served it was clean and the cashier was nice but he didn't greet customers as they were coming in but once he started a conversation at the register he was nice

TCBY Was good. But what's with the security guard / parking attendant? Yelled at me with a cigarette in his mouth. Nothing says security, stff or parking, NOTHING. Just and orange shirt and a flah light. I thought it was a homeless man acting crazy! This Plaza needs to do better!

Kevin is such a fantastic shopkeeper! He was welcoming and keeps the shop incredibly clean. We love it here!
Lucy and Josh have done a great job of keeping the store well stocked, tidy and super clean. They were also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stop in again!
