I went in today, and a woman shouted at me as I was coming in with my SERVICE ANIMALS(they were in a dog carrier/stroller) that “I can’t have them dogs in here” before she even bothered to stop texting and greet me, all while I was walking in, I asked for the restroom and she then said “it’s for customers only” as if I wasn’t coming in as a patron. I had literally been in the day before with my dogs and the two girls at the counter never said anything about them or were even half as rude. I plan to file a complaint with the county for the discrimination, the shop was empty, I can see why. It’s so disappointing to experience this type of treatment.

We're regulars at TCBY, but our visit tonight was concerning. We arrived around 9:15 PM to find the floor being cleaned, leaving some sections wet and soapy. The sole employee on duty witnessed my young daughter slip and fall but made no effort to check on her or ask if she was okay. When I was paying, she casually mentioned, 'I saw her fall, but I had a sign up on another door that the floor is soapy.' There was a complete lack of apology, and her indifference was obvious.

Service is very bad, I had TCBY gift card which was loaded recently, when I wanted to use the person said Card expired. Why card will expire? This was recharged recently. Behind the card it says card will never expire. This place is not good, service is not provided correctly, lady in the billing counter is rude. Unacceptable customer service.

Very disappointed with our visit today. Their Facebook page listed peanut butter as a flavor, but when we arrived, it wasn’t available. When I asked about it, I was met with a rude response. I then asked for a few sample cups to try other flavors and was told they “don’t do samples anymore” – again, very unkindly.

To make things worse, the employee had AirPods in and was clearly on a personal phone call. Before we even walked out, she resumed her call and made a comment about “how she couldn’t wait to leave. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. We won’t be back.

my friends and i went to sit down outside while drinking our starbucks. my friend needed a spoon for her yogurt parfait so she kindly asked the lady for one. they were 15 minutes before opening. she yelled at her and began cussing at her, mind you my friend just turned 13. it was the lady that opened the rae farms tcby on 6/1/25. And then before she opened the doors she proceeded to get a cup of frozen yogurt and ate it before the store opened.

Went to this store on Mother’s Day around 1pm to participate in their “first 6 oz free” Mother’s Day promotion. I served myself a cup of approximately 5 oz, and I got a separate cup with a little over 1 oz for my 1 year old toddler, who has a milk allergy and needed a dairy-free option and only needed a couple bites of dessert.

At checkout, we were asked to weigh both cups together. We were then charged over $4, even though the total amount was close to the promotional 6 oz offer. When I expressed concern, the staff told us the 6 oz promotion would only apply to the lighter cup. They claimed that this is the store policy and refused to make any adjustments.

This experience was frustrating and contrary to the spirit of the promotion. There was no clear signage or communication indicating that the 6 oz would only be applied to the lightest cup in a multi-cup order, and they did not offer to weigh the cups separately. I found the handling of the situation dismissive and inflexible, particularly when we were trying to accommodate a dietary need for a young child.

Overpriced. $25 + a tip (which I felt guilted into clicking on) for 3 half-full cups of frozen yogurt with minimal toppings. Ridiculous. It has to be expensive to rent in that location, so I understand why. It is a beautiful location - nice walking around or sitting outside. We were on vacation, so it was a one-time visit. It was clean & nice - with lots of flavors & topping options. Just realized the frozen yogurt bill was as much as our whole lunch bill - so just a warning to anyone on a budget!

Just left TCBY, neglecting to see the price of .79cent an ounce, I think if you going to charge that put a scale where customers can pre scale. Very disappointing-I could have have cancelled the order, but really wanted the ice cream.
