If I could give this place 0 starts I would. We went there at 7:30 and the open sign was off and door was locked. They close at 9. We checked online beforehand to see what time they close and we had never had it before so we decided to go. There were a bunch of people inside with what looked like friends just hanging out. This seems unprofessional and the employee was rude when he sent us away, just glared at us and pointed at the off sign.

Employee, Olivia, 7/8 at around 6pm, was extremely rude to my family. My children are well behaved and obedient, this employee was rude and seems to not like children in the establishment. I would not recommend this place to families.

Worst tcby ever. They don’t allow samples of any flavors. I was told because the owner wants to reduce waste…aka, save money. How about just limit how many samples? I just wanted to try a new flavor, but instead I walked out and spent nothing. They also almost always only have one employee working, which is very unsafe for the employee.

Your chocolate ice cream was nothing but milk and splattered on me and my granddaughter and I set the cup to the side and got another cup in your pool. Boy yeah all you need to go throw your cup in the trashcan. I ignored his demand as it was unprofessional and he is the employee. He walks over, grab the cup full of chocolate milk and slams it in the trashcan, splattering it all over the trashcan in the window. I have taken a picture if you would like to see it.

Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while and all of the machines were very clean definitely a place to bring the kids fun friendly and not to mention delicious!!!!!!!!
