From Day 1, it has been 5 ? stars. Service is usually great, but I will admit sometimes certain cashiers get your order wrong and I seem to always crave them on the day they're closed. But they immediately remake your order. Definitely the best Boba Tea in town.Parking: Shopping center style parking.

We came here to get boba today. This is a popular spot in university, surrounded by a lot of other restaurants and shops. It's Saturday around 1:30. There were about 8 plus people in line and another 10 waiting on their order. It was packed. I almost turned around to leave to find a less crowded place but decided to stay. They were very efficient, even with all of the people waiting, it did not take more than 10 mins or so to order and get our drinks. I sat my drink on the table, and as soon as I put my straw in the top, the cup split down the side, and a lot of my drink spilled all over the table and floor. I alerted the server, and she immediately put it in a new cup. I would have preferred they fix me a new drink or add what was lost. A good portion of the drink was lost because of the flimsy cup onto the floor without me ever having taken a sip. But, I chose my battles and decided this was not one. The boba was good, and we went on our merry way.

Went here to collaborate and work with a fellow friend. Nice that you do that. Several seating and tables to work. Order some snacks for brain food which was really good. If in the area, I suggest checking out!

Can I just say, I love restaurants with plenty of parking. This spot in the university area in a plaza at Tryon and Harris Blvd. definitely has plenty. There are 4 10 minute parking spots right in front and then plenty of shared parking with other stores. The vibe is nice with comfortable seating of couches, and chairs plus some tables. Came on a Thursday night, lots of folk just hangin out. I came for boba tea but there are a few hot foods on the menu as well. Boba tea runs about $6. My niece got strawberry coconut which she absolutely loved (I did not) and I got the mango with rainbow boba. It was ok. Boba tea is really my nieces jam and she really loved hers so there you go. There's also a wide variety of desserts. Mostly cake slices. Looked yummy. Boba tea lovers you may want to check them out. Service was quick and good.

They close at 9 but don’t count on getting food until 9. They close the kitchen down earlier. Ordered on the app tonight but got nothing. “Kitchen closed” even though it was before 9, the doors were open, and the open sign was on. I got a refund, so they got two stars instead of one. Why would you keep your restaurant open when no orders can be placed? I’ve never seen this done before.

Best bubble tea in the region. However, the hygiene of the employees and adherence to sanitation grades are very questionable. Numerous employees were not wearing gloves, picking their noses, coughing, and digging in their ears while making bubble teas during my numerous visits. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
