0 stars is what I would really give! I ordered for delivery the order was very simple a Chicken Parm sandwich and a grilled chicken ceasar salad. 1st time and last time ordering! The fact our chicken parm was canned chicken with melted cheese and a sauce BLOWS MY MIND! THEN HAS THE NERVE TO THROW CANNED CHICKEN ON TOP OF A SALAD! LOL People you can not make this up! I give the driver 5 stars not the business! Anyway my husband called to let them know how DISGUSTING THE SANDWICH IS AFTER THE 2ND BITE AND THE OWNER HAS NERVE TO GET NASTY! THEN SAYS OH WHEN YOU CALL YOU HAVE TO SAY A FRIED CHICKEN PARM! WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? A CHICKEN PARM IS BREADED UNLESS YOU REQUEST A GRILLED ONE. IT DEFINITELY DOESNT COME OUT OF A CAN! ANYWAY THE OWNER CALLED BACK SAYING HE WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND HOW THE CHICKEN THAT WAS ON THE SALAD IS CORRECT BECAUSE IT WAS GRILLED WHICH IT WASNT IT WAS CANNED CHICKEN! BUT HE remade the chicken parm which looks like a chicken tender covered in cheese and sauce but didn't remake the salad! LETS TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICS BECAUSE THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF NOT CARING HOW YOU HANDLE PEOPLES FOOD! We have known Teddy for almost 50 years, his pizza is the best, his calzones are huge and rank best in my book, and the wings are better than any in Cleveland, Ohio! Great job my friend!

This is my 3rd update to this review. It went from 2 stars, to 3 stars, and up to 4 now. My experience has greatly improved here over the years, and I'm happy that I gave it more chances. The food is good and well priced. The owner seems to have had some struggles with the business, but has his heart in it. I know that some have had less than great experiences here, but consider trying them out again. I'm happy that we did.
I've seen some poor reviews for this place on other sites, but on a reference from several friends who know good burgers and pizza, I gave it a try. I was not disappointed! HUGE pizza and great burgers, up there with my all-time favorite chains (Five Guys, Jake's, etc.). Yes, they are obviously big Cleveland Browns fans, but putting sports rivalry aside, the food was really excellent. I look forward to working through the menu. If you read any of the poor reviews, they are quite petty in my opinion. But, we all have a choice in where we spend our ever devaluing money. I'll go back to Teddy's soon, no doubt. I think it is money tastily spent.
