Very great food and beverages

My daughter and I went on a Sunday morning in October. It was very busy, but we were seated quickly. It was fun to sit in the balcony and overlook the downstairs dining room. Great people watching. Our waitress was nice and competent. However, a man brought our food out, and he just kinda threw it down. The Terrace is nicely decorated. Rather urban and upscale. Nice clientele. Very noisy - I was glad for the quiet when we left. The food was good, but not amazing. I had crabcakes and salad. The cakes were good, but they left some shell in them. The salad was nothing - mostly greens. Biscuits were large and tasty. I had a fruit cup which was nice and fresh. The waitresses kept the coffee hot and full. Bathroom was small but clean and attractive. Parking was free on Sunday in a nearby garage. Overall, a good experience.

It was a busy Sunday afternoon and our party of 5 had a 45 minute wait. It wasn't so bad because we got to shop while waiting and a text message alerted us when our table was almost ready. Waiter was attentive. Food was incredible. We began with the bourbon bacon pimiento cheese, which was spot on except for the garlic crostini was just garlic bread. I had the shrimp and grits. It was better than New Orleans and almost as good as Charleston. A friend had the lemon poppyseed french toast and my bite was heavenly. Another had the red velvet waffle, also delicious. It did take a little while to get our food, but we weren't in a hurry. The staff didn't rush us out either.

Shrimp and grits were very good. The shrimp was fresh and cooked perfectly; actually popped when bit into.

Don't be mislead by the storefront. This classy place has two levels, super super clean, and food that will make you think you are at one of the best resorts you can imagine. Try the oatmeal! When looking for a nice place for a business breakfast, the Terrace Cafe is multiple steps above Starbucks or Panera. Linen napkins, real tableware, real china, and excellent service! And at a price that will not scare you. And, if you still want your Triple Grande Breve No Foam Latte, you can get one here too!

We enjoyed our food and the service. My cousins invited us to go with them and it was good.

I have been to this location before, so this was not my first time. The food was good, I had the fried green tomatoes and the shrimp and grits. The food was hot and timely. I enjoyed the food, good flavor and was not overcooked. The only problem or setback was our server Lakeisha. She didnt feel interested or welcoming. She spoke very low. And had to be asked to repeat herself several times. I brought family with me who had never been and wanted them to enjoy what I have enjoyed in the past. They loved the food, buy also agreed her service was subpar. Only reason for 3stars.

I don't know about their quality of food but Don't believe the wait times they give you. We were told 30 mins but waited over an hour with "you're next" updates. Don't plan to go here during brunch time with hungry kids.

Looks like great food but a really long wait, we opted for a bar table with a full menu because it came available but with the congestion, construction and clutter, we just left. It was a relaxing Sunday and we didn't have the mind for the hustle and bustle of it all..

Best brunch in town. Everybody waits for a table on Sat and Sun, but nobody cares. Worth the wait.

Haven't been here in a while. Went for brunch on Saturday and got the biscuits and gravy, with eggs and bacon. So lets start with the Biscuits and gravy... it was like it was seasoned with unicorn tears. Absolutely no flavor or salt and pepper could fix it. Same could be said about the eggs. They forgot my bacon and when I got it, it was dry and parts were burnt. I at only half... I am 6'2 225 lbs and work out. For me not to eat is saying something. 1 star for this visit

Outstanding service and delicious food. The red velvet waffles are to die for. Also, try the ghost pepper pimiento cheese dip if you're into fire!

Visiting family and wanted a nice breakfast/brunch meal. Food was great! Came out piping hot and flavorful. Server was great. Wait time of 25 minutes for a table of 4. Mimosa was amazing and worth every bit of$8.00 When I come back I will visit.
