Would never go here again. We brought our 10 yr old daughter here on vacation and the music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Our drinks were all flat and had no flavor. Our salad was watery. The steak and chicken has no flavor. The bill was extremely high for the tiny amount of food we were given and the waitress was not even friendly.

Do not go to TGI Fridays in Charlotte if you want to talk to anyone, and do not take children. It was an awful experience. We met here for dinner with family that we rarely have the chance to meet after travellng hundreds of miles, and the music was so loud we had to yell at each other and struggled to hear ourselves. It was very disrepectful to customers. I agree with the reviewer who said the music was louder than any concert he had been to. We couldn't wait to leave because of the noise, when we should have lingered and enjoyed our time together. "Disappointed" isn't a word that comes close to how we felt. Six young women started singing and screaming loudly to one song. We were happy six out of a restaurant of customers were impressed, but it was obnoxious. There was a DJ who should be in a nightclub, not a restaurant where people want to talk. It didn't matter that our server, Rob, and the food were very good. Our evening was ruined.

I ordered ahead over phone.waitress never put order in. Arrived when time was told. Ended up waiting another hour for my food. Tried to order a drink at the bar but that took 15 mins after I ordered it for bartender to make it. Svc sucks. Go to another Fridays bc this one ant worth it

Food taste was slightly above average for a chain restaurant. Our family of 4 had wings, a steak, a burger, fries, appetizers, and drinks. Demetria, our server, was very attentive and friendly. It was a slow day so not very busy.
Almost the worst dining experience so far...from service to finally receiving our meal, which took over an hour, this location was horrible. Our to-go order was missing ingredients too. Damn!! Our order was incorrect, which took another 30 minutes! I was finished esting before my husband finally received his correct order. His new order came with a hair in gis broccoli. Unbelievable, but not suprising. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location. This location really needs to get it together. Sad part is they were not busy at all. Should've known better considering where it is...

I was excited to try the stuffed mushrooms, they were the whole reason for my first visit to TGIF. But I can’t comment on them because I wasn’t allowed to order them since I was seated beside the bar and not AT the bar. I was even fine to pay full price and neglect the $5 special- but nope, they are bar only. My salad was served on a dirty plate. Mac and cheese was okay though.

Our server Sadia was very sweet. My dinner was just okay but the butter cake was delicious.
If you like waiting 20 minutes for a waiter to show up to your table. 30 minutes to get your drinks after that. An hour later for your food to arrive with every single order wrong and even longer for your second round of drinks beyond that then boy howdy have I got the place for you.
If you are a rational human being, who values even mediocre level service and food avoid like a plague.

Haven’t been to university TGI Fridays in a minute but I decided to stop by today. Not much have changed except the prices! Hit up your saving acct before eating here. Food wasn’t bad,….they are definitely slower than back in the day. Overall, wouldn’t be my go-to but I’ll eat it if Im hungry.
Parking: Place not jumping like it used to so the parking lot is damn near empty….park anywhere
The service was extremely subpar. The food took a while to come out but we were patient and understanding. But the thing that really set the interaction off bad is the fact that we tipped the waitress $20 but she still proceeded to explain we still needed to tip 20 dollars on card for it to ring out correctly. When in reality she got $40 off of us. When I went in to ask for the manager he was no where to be found. It’s not about the money it the principle. People work hard for their money whether you know what you’re doing or not ASK FOR HELP. The money will be replaced in tenfold but some type of understanding would’ve been appreciated. Very disappointed with this outing tonight

After arriving from out of town we just wanted to get a meal, a drink and listen to music without the club line..there wasn't a line but I see why. There was no hostess. After standing around we had to ask the bar staff that was standing around trying not to make eye contact to get a hostess so that we could be seated. If they had done their jobs and cleaned the bar off we would've just sat at the bar, but since half the chairs still had trash from the previous patrons that wasn't possible. Might as well hadn't gotten seated. The restaurant was disgusting. The floors were sticky and littered with trash. There were about 10 tables that needed to be cleaned off. No staff in sight. After sitting against our better judgement, because God only knows what the kitchen looked like, we had time to located another restaurant. The waitress finally appeared as we were getting directions and leaving. I have never seen a restaurant so nasty in all my life. I don't know how the few people that were in there were comfortable eating but I guess different strokes for different folks. Never ever again.

I walked over to the bar and she sent me back to wait on the person who takes the to go orders. She finally came to get my order. I only waited patiently because I like the Spinach Dip and Special (Purchase an Entree, you get a Free Appetizer).
Kid-friendliness: There is a kid's menu but don't sit near the bar. After drinking an alcoholic beverage, some people talk so loud with profanity and you never know what your kids may hear during adult conversations.
