Thai house - Cotswold Village

The Pad Thai tastes nothing like pad Thai it has this thick red sauce. I hate wasting food but I took one bite and tossed it. My husband ordered a level 2 heat on his dish and he couldn’t even eat it and he eats everything hot. I know why this place has such bad Telp reviews. Bummer.

BEST Thai food around! My wife and I are self-proclaimed Thai food connoisseurs and try it everywhere we travel…Thai House - Cotswold Village is hands-down our FAVORITE!

We’ve never been disappointed by the food and especially love and recommend the “Pad See Ew” and “Pad Kee Mow AKA Drunken Noodles”! You not only get your favorite main dish, but are treated to delicious complimentary Spring Rolls and Soup for appetizers.

The food speaks for itself, though what makes this place shine above the rest is the authentic, beautiful atmosphere and INCREDIBLE service. My wife, our baby boy, and I absolutely love Alicia. She remembers our names and always goes above and beyond to make us (and other guests) welcome and comfortable. Gotta add that our baby boy adores her. She’s a natural with the kids!

I always order DoorDash from this location and my order is always perfect! I have never tried Thai food before I started ordering from here and they have made it such a pleasant experience that I order at least once a week now! Try the Pad Sew Ewe and spring rolls!

Ordered take out, terrible presentation of the food.
It looked like they prepared the noodles, dropped the boiled chicken in, and poured the flavor packet on top.
Zero mixing of the food, terrible.

The pineville location has always made a fine dish, this was just terrible.

Second time eating at the Thai House - this time a different location. The ambiance is spectacular at both locations I’ve been to.

We started off with the Crab Rangoon which was hot and delicious 🤤 and me and my boyfriend split the Pad Thai - level 4 spicy.
It was so good and we had a little to take home.

The bathrooms were clean and the service was spectacular.

I get Pad See-Ewe every time I go to Thai house. Today it was sour. Like it had vinegar in it. I got spice level 3 there was NO spice at all it even smelled like vinegar. I wish I would’ve tasted it before I left. It’s inedible. Now I have to throw it in the trash.

Really upset over an online order. It has no flavor and not even spicy despite ordering this with moderate spice level 4. The rice was also burnt. Do not recommend for take out. As the other reviewer had mentioned be wary about online order/to go orders.
