Excellent food. Excellent service. Everything is good but the duck was phenomenal. Never knew I liked duck. Crispy, and delicious. Beautiful decor and ornate surroundings. Very authentic.

Food is fantastic. Tempura is perfect crunch and flavorful. Tom yum has a good amount of seafood and nice flavor. We got 2 order of Padkeapaw with chicken is the best. I had pork and it’s sweet. I don’t like sweet tho. Over nice experience and the place is busy really busy

We came here for a double date with friends and it was my first time visiting this establishment. We ordered 3 dishes to share and looks like I found my go-to Thai spot in Charlotte! The drunken noodles were delicious, savory and a touch of sweetness. The eggplant stir fry with pork was as good as dad makes it at home for me and he ran his own Chinese restaurant. The curry flavor was good, but the beef was kind of dry. We also ordered summer rolls that were delicious! Overall, a 8.5/10 and will come back again!

First time I ordered, the food was really good (came out hot temperature-wise). Had the pineapple fried rice with a spice level 3 (of 6). Found that wasn't quite spicy enough, so the next time, I ordered the same thing but with a 4 spice level.
Unfortunately, the food came out quasi-warm (spring roll bordered on room temp) and there was ZERO spice. Let me tell you: when you're expecting to work up a little bit of a sweat from the spice and then get nothing, there's not much else more disappointing than that.
First experience was prob 4.5/5 overall; second time was a 3 or less. I'm equa-distant to another Thai place and will have to give them a try.

Very rude !! I arrived at 9:40 their doors were locked. I knocked on the door everyone looked and turned their head. I then processed to call the restaurant and no one picked up the phone but you could clearly hear the phone ringing. Horrible customer service will not eat here !

Not coming back ever. I treated a friend there and we enjoyed talking. They cleared our tables an keep interrupting us talking saying their lunch is closed. There were only a few people there. So we got it, they don’t want us to stay longer. We should have just gone to a better place for fellowship.

I've eaten here a few times. In general, the food is quite good and the service is decent. Today's visit was a little different. The food, as per usual, was good and no complaints there but the service really could be improved. In general, I am a slower eater because of stomach problems and I was eating with family. The broth was good but the staff member prematurely asked if he could take my plate. This also happened with my entrée and those two events I could brush off but at the end, when I fully intended on getting dessert, was hastily given the check without even asking. That in by itself I could've brushed off but everything in combination really presented itself as me being rushed out which I HATE. I'm quite hesitate if I want to go there again.
