Took 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito that cost $13…did they have to lay the eggs?

Small bar/coffee in the lobby of the hotel with a very small selection (and they didn't have everything). I didn't like the offer nor the food.

Our room was close to the exterior door which was convenient entering and leaving. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool. No free breakfast, pillows were uncomfortable. No cleaning people in the 5 days we stayed. We went to the office for new towels or whatever else was needed.

A halfway stop during a road trip. Disappointing stay after driving 10 hours. Late check in was not an issue. But disappointed to have a tv that did not work when looking forward to a relaxing night in. Also, door to patio was broken. Chose to head out early as we were informed of roof work in the morning when we checked in that evening. An email prior would have been appreciated in case we chose to stay at another location. Staff was friendly and empathetic.

This Marriott has excellent rates!! The rooms have nice decor! The water pressure is excellent in the showers!! If you are lucky you will be able to book a room with a full balcony overlooking a very nice pond inside the Ballantyne business park! When we checked in I used my Marriott BonVoy app simple and easy. I even was able to choose my room and use my iPhone as the room key….love it! The customer service was excellent from the front desk. The courtyard Marriott locations have private views with nice outdoor areas. There is even a store/gas station steps away from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. This location also only has 3 floors very nice!! Thank you to all the employees of this Marriott that keep the place clean for every traveler!

Great place , great price ! Everyone was very kind!!!great swimming pool, coffee shop, outside fireplace. Location was good too. Walking fitness trail right behind the hotel was awesome too. They even have a snack room! Also walking distance to Sunflower bakery- which is the Best!!!

Dated and dusty. Would've left if wasn't in between 12 hours shifts. Got moved to second room after being told there was no housekeeping, second room worse than the first.

This is my 4th hotel in 6 day. This one has by far the best shower. I’ve never thought a great shower is that important. All the previous hotel either had a weak shower head or luke warm water. I have been driving all day and this shower is GREAT. Hot water and great water pressure. The tension in my shoulders and back are gone. I had a great night sleep.

I have visited Ballantyne and stayed at 6 different hotels in the area. The neighborhood is relatively brand new with lots of businesses already established there with more construction of office space. I preface by saying that the hotel itself was functional and was very typical of a Courtyard Marriott hotel. However, the bathroom felt a bit dated mainly the tub where it feels like there's been a bit of wear & tear. Most of the hotels in Ballantyne and other neighborhoods, e.g., Waverly are all very brand new and similarly priced, so I would opt for one of the newer options when I travel back to Ballantyne. The location is conveniently off of I-485 and close to office buildings nearby, but otherwise not a lot going for this hotel.

Do yourself a favor and try this place. Looking forward to returning with my relatives. This place has a good atmosphere.

Stayed 3 nights at Christmas time. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and efficient check in. What you would expect for a Courtyard Marriott although could use a facelift. Bedding a bit musty and bathroom needs a good scrub, especially the ceiling. Overall met our needs and expectations.

This Courtyard was in a convenient location for our trip to Myrtle Beach. The facility had access to shopping and restaurants, and the major routes to Myrtle Beach. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The Bistro is always an excellent place to get something to eat --- especially breakfast. Courtnry M. (Mack) who worked the Bisro at breakfast was outstanding. Very outgoing and friendly. He took care of us as if we were in a 5 Star restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and delicious.

The hotel was great! The room was spacious. For me it was like having my own apartment for a few days :). I loved it that there was a convenience store right across the street. It was a pain to have to get on the expressway in order to find food. I probably need to come back and venture out more - LOL!! I thought it was neat whenever i came back to the room and turned on the TV it showed my name. At first it was a little creepy especially with so much cyber thievery going on but by the second day I thought it was neat.
