This is my first time eating Indian cuisine and it was absolutely delicious! The seasonings and spices accentuate the food without overpowering the flavor of the well prepared seafood, lamb and vegetables. I look forward to dining at Blue Taj again soon!

Great and attentive wait staff delivered food at the appropriate time and with care. And the food was absolutely delicious and rivaled food I had on recent trips to India. This is very much a hidden gem of a restaurant!

Simply excellent. I understand why some might think that it is not traditional or spicy enough but from my perspective, the food was lovely , the atmosphere and service excellent for a great overall experience. Yes you might pay just a bit more but certainly worth it!

Had an amazing dinner at Blue Taj in Charlotte! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish deserves a full 5 stars. Special thanks to Punnu Singh, the owner, Sukhpreet and Harvinder for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made the experience with family memorable. Very delicious tasty food good service no wait time for food. Must try variety of food for everyone. I saw more non Indian enjoying the food than the Indian.so my recommendation is to try once.

food is really good, tables for two are small considering that this type of food is normally serve in to share, so there's no enough space, other than that a very good experience, service and ambiance is good, nothing special, but the food is worth it, we had Biryani Lamb and Honey - something Salmon, but we had before the Tika Malasa Chicken and was really good.

The food is always good at the Blue Taj. We got there during the early dinner time. Waiters were helpful with answering questions about suggestions for appetizer and entree.. However, as it got busier, we were basically ignored except when they felt that we were ready for the check. No glasses of water were refilled. We had to get their attention to come back to us for takeout containers. We were not given a bag; we had to ask on our way out the door. I was very disappointed in the service.
