Salty. Employees seem beat down. Husband got chicken divan from near Sharon Smity and made a comment. kids said was salty. We gifted casserole from the poet flea market to a sick neighbor. They texted just to say it was salty. Thanks for following up

Short manager with glasses was rude to someone on phone, short with staff, and ignored a customer asking a question within 5 min! Stephen was nice and helpful but I decided to leave. Everyone has rough days, but WOW! MY yogies say it's OK. Not sure I'll try again. Best of luck

On line menu differs from what is actually available in store. Wanted to try Hummingbird Cake. Website said they offered slice; had to buy entire loaf. Very dry, lacking flavor. Website said they had ham salad and blueberry loaf, neither were available. Corn beef hash was good. Gentleman checking us out was helpful in telling us most if what we came in for was unavailable. Don't think we will return.

I went for the coconut cake and sadly they were out. I tried the peach handpie and the Korean Beef rolls and they were good....but the the the lemon bar was really good. I prefer a little more tart, but the flavor was excellent and the crust was old-fashioned delicious.
I stopped in here one night with my client to prepare for dinner, the staff was friendly, suggestive and accommodating we ended up getting the meatloaf and the Chicken tetrazzini… cooked the meatloaf that night it was pretty damn good!!

My sister and I stopped by yesterday and we were amazed. This is a foodie paradise. The gourmet offerings are so enticing. We loved all of the items that we purchased. The staff is so engaging. We will definitely return.

While visiting my parents last week, my mom and I stopped in for the first time. We had a delightful chat with the owner while we shopped, and then we sat down to snack on a mini blueberry coffee cake that he thoughtfully split in half for us and put on pretty plates, with a sample of apple cake. Yum! We bought quite the bundle, and everything we have tried so far has been excellent. Delicious chicken & rice soup, light as air milk bread, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and my mom kept the banana pudding all to herself! Unfortunately, my trip ended before I had the chance to try the meat lasagna currently sitting in the freezer waiting to be gobbled up by my Mom & Dad - for sure have to try it on my next trip. A delightful, unique addition to Charlotte, and one we will be going back to often to stock up on high quality homemade meals and goodies. Also, if you are a wine enthusiast, they source their wines from various smaller / family owned vineyards that you are unlikely to find elsewhere in Charlotte. Lovely to see small businesses supporting other small businesses.

I’ve been meaning to stop in here and am so glad I finally did! The owner is SO nice and friendly, there are so many delicious looking food to choose from and it’s made from scratch there! We only got the miniature ham biscuits on this visit, (along with some great wine and cute cocktail napkins for our beach trip) they are so savory and delicious. I’ll be back soon to stock up on a few items! They also have a nice selection of wine, snack items, cocktail napkins, and a tasty looking dessert display. Can’t wait to go back!
