I recently visited The Capital Grille and had a very pleasant experience. The place has a classy and relaxed atmosphere that makes dining there feel special. The food was cooked very well and tasted amazing. Everything felt fresh and high quality. The service was attentive and welcoming, which made the visit even better. It’s always nice to find a restaurant that focuses on both great food and a comfortable environment. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others. 😊

My first time visiting any Capital Grille, and I would happily return. Our server was highly knowledgeable and courteous.
The New England clam chowder I had as an appetizer was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. This was after we noshed on the interesting variety of options in the bread basket. My entree was the citrus glazed salmon with green beans. The flavor of the salmon 10/10 but it seemed a bit on the dry side. Next time I would probably go for the sea bass or scallops.

I spent my birthday here with my two daughters. The food was very delicious and Matt our server was absolutely phenomenal. He made the entire experience very inviting, pleasant and memorable. Thank you The Capital!

We recently purchased a gift certificate to Capital Grill in Charlotte for my son and his new wife. They had an amazing experience here. The dry aged New York strip and filet mignon were perfectly cooked! They also loved the lobster mac and cheese and the tuna tartare. This restaurant went over the top to make the newlyweds feel extra special by leaving rose petals on their table, gave our new daughter in law a rose and treated them to a chef’s dessert sampler congratulating them on their recent marriage. So happy we chose this restaurant!

We went there for our Anniversary dinner, the everything was perfect! I would highly recommend trying this establishment, you will not be disappointed! They also have vallet parking which is only $11 which makes it nice convenient.

I wanted to do something special for my wife's birthday. I've seen advertisements for this restaurant so I made reservations and we were pleasantly surprised. Our server Shante, went above and beyond to make my wife experience special. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the 28 oz bone in rib eye with South African lobster tail. Both meals were amazing. If you are ever in Charlotte's city center check out this restaurant.

The staff gave some fantastic recommendations, and I went with the lamb chops, plus a lobster tail on the side. Everything was tender, savory, and just downright delicious. The flavors really hit perfectly, and it felt like a real treat. I’ve also been to Capital Grille during lunch, and honestly, that experience was just as great—friendly staff, excellent food, and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Both lunch and dinner here feel elevated without being over the top, which is such a nice balance. The combination of amazing service, fantastic food, and a welcoming vibe makes this a place I know I’ll be visiting often. Definitely one of those restaurants you want to come back to and try more of the menu each time!

The food was averaged too good. The service during the meal wasn’t terrible. It was pretty good actually however what happened at the end ruining the entire experience for our group. We requested our car from valet 15 minutes before we’re ready to leave, went out there stood in the cold for another 15 minutes still nothing. My date try to go back inside to use the restroom while we’re waiting on our car. They didn’t want to even let her in to go to the restroom. After I just spent over $700. Then, after another 10 minutes passed, the valet said they would have someone walk us to our car in the garage. Mind you, my date was in heels and we’re walking a couple of blocks To retrieve our car after paying for premium valet service. The best part I had to pay on the app for the valet parking, And then I was forced to pay another $11 to exit the garage at the parking gate. Absolute amateur service From was supposed to be a high-end steakhouse.

Capital Grille always delivers on quality and service and this time was no different. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. We had an excellent meal- seas bass was fantastic, rib eye with porcini rub was so good and tender, I had one of the best NE clam chowders I have had in a long while and the sides were great as well. Our server was extremely attentive and super nice. Overall, it was a great experience.
