We travel to Charlotte about twice per year, and always make it a habit to have dinner at The Capital Grille. We have been requesting Peter as our server from the first time we visited the restaurant. Peter is an outstanding and kind server
Our dining experience was phenomenal! We were celebrating a birthday and our server, Adam was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious and we will consider returning for a special event in the future!
