The made to order cup cakes are so much fun! My partner and I decided to make one for each other. For him, I selected a vanilla base with strawberry buttercream frosting topped with pop tarts, a birthday cake bite, and raspberry drizzle. For me, he chose a vanilla base with lemon cream cheese frosting topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, a churro cake bite, and raspberry drizzle. We devoured them outside on the benches in the common area. Would love to see fruit added as a topping option because a vanilla cupcake with that lemon cream cheese frosting and fresh berries would be to die for!

This is a great place. There are so many options from cupcakes, cookies and milkshakes with a huge variety of toppings. The owner was working today. He was so friendly and welcoming. He talked with each customer and thought there was a line it was a pleasant atmosphere and experience. My cupcake was delicious. It was hard to decide with so mango options. Will definitely be back!

I can’t recommend Celestial Cakery enough! We were on a tight timeline and had left our cake to the last minute–I think about 5 weeks out from the wedding date I was scrambling to find a baker for our wedding cake. Most options were super extravagant, overcomplicated, difficult to book, etc. Ella’s website had her number listed, so I gave her a call, and she put me right at ease. She was able to make a beautiful cake for us, and came in at ⅔ the price of other vendors. It was very important to us that we have a delicious cake with a wonderful texture and interesting flavors—not just something pretty! Ella delivered in that department, our sample box was gone super fast because everything was SO delicious! Working with her was easy and quick, she was always responsive and kind, and the finished product was absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Ella!

offering a small & quaint spot for standing room only, i've been to swirl 3 times since it's 5 minutes away from me. so far i've had 2 seasonal cookies (red velvet / lemon bar) & a seasonal cupcake. i've also had their cookie batter cupcake from the usual menu. i was hoping to try out their vegan cupcake for my most recent visit, but they ended up being sold out! if you're looking for a massive sugar rush through cupcakes or cookies, then this place is it. i'm not sure if my sugar tolerance went down, but the icing on both cupcakes i've had were wayyy too sweet for me! both times, i ended up saving the icing in the fridge and slowly eating it over the course of a few days to satisfy my little cravings for something sweet. i did enjoy the chocolate cupcake on its own because the level of sweetness wasn't empowering! their cookies are quite thick & sweet as well. definitely something to eat over the course of a couple days because they were also way too sweet for me. the service i experienced for my first 2 visits was quite warm & welcoming, then my most recent visit was surprisingly not. it wasn't a bad experience - just different from my first two! while swirl isn't a place i'd go back to moving forward, i really appreciate the opportunity to receive a free cupcake thanks to their 4 year anniversary!

I came to Swirl on a whim. I was being greedy, and it was one of the few places that was open after 7. The store sits in a retail plaza, with a gym(LOL) and other stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking and the everything is well lit. Swirl does things a little differently, where you can pick your cake base, your frosting and then add your toppings. They have a few popular variations posted, that you can go with, or you can create whatever you want. You can also do this with cookies as well. I ordered two cupcakes so that I could try a variety. I ordered the chocolate with chocolate buttercream and caramel sauce. I also ordered the vanilla cupcake with cream cheese icing. The cream cheese icing was WAY TOO sweet for me, but the vanilla cupcake had a great flavor. I didn't eat the vanilla one. The cupcake that I did eat, was YUMMY!! I'm not typically a chocolate cake fan...the chocolate cupcake was excellent! It was moist and flavorful, and the chocolate buttercream was very good as well! I'll definitely return when I have a cupcake craving!
