I had a terrible experience last night at the Ashanti all white party and a refund should be given. The event started at 3pm we left after waiting 5hrs for her to show up because it started to rain.
The bouncers are unnecessarily rude! I patiently waited at least 30mins to order a drink from your bartenders that act like we're bothering them.
I will never visit this place again.

I wish I could give them a ZERO and get a refund at the same time. The main issue I have with this establishment is with the chick that was checking me in…she was not only rude, hostile and then called security on me. Mind you I’m active duty; she was an AKA so I did expect better, but once again…sadly disappointed.
Then she gave me back my Military ID and said it wasn’t an “ID” cause it wouldn’t register in the system.
We really have to do better to protect our brand, because she was clueless and if she did this to me, you know she did this to others. I’m not from the area, but what I do know is not to do business with this establishment again whenever I am in Charlotte.
