Buyer Beware!!!! If you are even remotely thinking of renting space in this kitchen, think again. Go somewhere else. The management is poor. They prey on new and up and coming business owners. They will take your money and string you along for weeks or months before you can even start. They will try and charge you ridiculous fees. If you take a stand they will lie to steal more money on fees and "repairs". You are better off saving and getting your own kitchen set up then allowing these people to steal from you by paying rent, plus a percentage of your sales plus more. It's literally not worth it you will be trapped with them and in this day and age of rising food cost, rising labor cost etc it's not worth it I assure you. Don't fall for the fake smile and we are happy to have you in the beginning.

It was our first time ordering here and was pleased with the food. Angel was very nice and professional. The only thing that I would comment on is the wait was a long wait. Maybe it was the day/time. But overall would recommend this place. Thank you Angel!

TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP. SNEAKY AND SHADY. They charged my non profit 405 bucks to move in, told us we would love in by end of the week, we never got our keys or a move in date, and almost a month later they were still trying to find ways to charge us money, and had not let us move in. They charged us again for a full months rent, but we knew they were shady and would try to charge us rent without letting us move in, so we removed our payment method. Thank GOD we removed it, they tried to charge us! over 1100 bucks in all they tried to take from our non profit, and we never got keys. I heard from several other owners how shady they are. Please save yourself a headache and avoid dealing with these crooks. Anyone who would steal from a non profit during a pandemic.. is a crook!
