The Co-Op Gourmet Sandwiches

Me and my daughters ate there for the 1st time the other day. I got the chicken salad, and they ordered the Tuna Salad, & California Turkey. Me and my daughter that ordered the Tuna & Chicken Salad ended up vomiting with diarrhea at the same time. I believe the meat was bad.

Emma (manager) and staff are super sweet and accommodating. First time I went in as a patron and not a content creator, they showed the same level of excellent customer service!

My favs frosés are the blackberry lavender, strawberry OG and dragonberry. The three sammies I’ve had this far are the California Turkey, Avocado Toast and The Classic Egg. I honestly love em all. They were seasoned, flavorful and filling. My top choice would be that durn Classic Egg sammich Emma whipped up! ?

One of the cleanest places to eat in Charlotte. I have a service animal that comes with me, I never get any dirty looks from the employees. I greatly appreciate that. Emma is hands down a very welcoming person, thoughtful and overall good at her job. Abby is very sweet and always smiling, Abby does a great job recommending items to try. Jordan is always a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean fresh sandwich and an icy cold Frose look no further than Co-Op in Charlotte Southend!!!

Went here for lunch one day and there was a huge dog chained behind the counter, under the FRose machines and in front of the door that leads to the kitchen…. Server was extremely nice but I thought that was odd and unsanitary. Especially when I’m paying $14 for a sandwich.

Love the co-op! One of my favorite places to grab a sandwich in south end! Cannot go wrong with any of the frose flavors!

I come here often and lately there has been no one out front and I have to wait a while. The last two times I’ve been eating and watched customers come in and end up leaving because no one is out front. I recommend a bell of some sort to let the staff in the back know that folks have come in. Otherwise, the food is wonderful!

Whoever decided to make the flavor chipotle pineapple and told everyone at the counter to say it tastes mostly like pineapple shouldn’t be employed and whoever agreed and went with the decision to let chipotle pineapple be one of the selected flavors deserves to be right next to them. Wow and I mean wow, I’ve never tasted a drink so awful in my entire life. Looks like mud, tastes like what I would imagine to be mud. Everything is awful about it. Gives a bad name for pineapple, gives a bad name for chipotle. Worst of both worlds 0/10 do not recommend.

Neat vibe. Lovely motif and decor. The flavors are quite tart, but the dragon fruit hits; good portion too. Jack was very helpful and friendly, I will definitely be back! Fantastic music.

The food is so good! I recently just got their breakfast burrito and Emma was so helpful. I’ve also been in and bri is so friendly! Pop on in the next time you are in South End!

This spot is super cute and very unique. The service was really good and the restaurant was very clean. However, I wasn't too crazy about the taste or flavors of the drinks. I couldn't taste the flavor that the drink was supposed to be.
