What a great spot! Drinks were top notch. Highly recommend the mezcal cocktail! The turkey meatballs, short rib, tuna bowl and cauliflower lettuce wraps were a dreamt combination. The service was superb! Definitely check this place out for high end cocktails and delicious bites.

Didn’t have food, review doesn’t leave an option to comment on drinks. Paid $28 to have two espresso martinis to have an ice cream cube the size of a bath bomb take up a majority of my drink, just wasn’t a good touch to an easy drink.

I attended a private event here. The apps were great, drinks were AMAZING and top notch service. The bartenders and servers were always there when you needed something. The ambiance felt tasteful and authentic. I would definitely recommend.
My date and I happened to stop by here based on the Google reviews. We were specifically seeking a great espresso martini.
We walked in and sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Mark the bartender. He showed us the cocktail and food menu. I love that the menu is limited. They have a variety of small bite options that take "bar food" to the next level. Thank you Chuck the chef!
We tried the short rib bites, ahi tuna bowl, wedge salad, and focaccia spread plates. The short ribs were delectably tender. The ahi tuna had a perfect spicy kick to it. We absolutely loved all of the sauces that came with the focaccia plate.
With all of this food we had the best espresso martinis. The martini is served with a sphere of frozen cream. We learned that Mark actually created some of the cocktails on the menu such as: track 61, cloak and clove, and the golden ratio. We tried track 61 and cloak and clove. Track 61 uses a rye liquor and a 2:1 ratio. All of marks drinks are STIFF. Cloak and clove uses gin which is much lighter and refreshing.
Mark made the experience incredible and memorable. It was full of laughs and a good time. We ended up spending over 4 hours here chatting about bartending, careers, mixology, and life in charlotte. I would come back here just to chat with Mark and grab a Lunar Leap.
10/10 would recommend coming to The Conspiracy.

This is a great hidden gem. If you are coming to drink as for MARK! I have bad acid reflex so I have all these things I try not to put in my drink. Mark was able, from his own knowledge, hand craft the perfect drink. We were here for a birthday and Market was a one man show he literally made customized drinks for FIFTEEN people!! This man is LEGIT in every single way. 10 out of 10 DO Recommend!
