I went there once and the food was amazing I’ve tried the same food they have here in other places and it’s a 100 percent more flavorful and delicious here. will be coming back even if it’s a 25 minute drive.
Long but necessary! I first want to start by saying had I trusted the previous reviews I would have truly missed out on the most authentic African food Charlotte has to offer. I had my very first taste of Egusi and fufu here with the Jollaf rice and I can truthfully say in my experience there is NOT another African restaurant that compares. My food is always fresh and hot. Me and my girlfriend been coming here since October of last year, we don’t eat meat or fish and this was the first restaurant we found in Charlotte Nc that didn’t cook any of their soups in meat or fish.I must say this is the best African food we have ever had in Charlotte NC! We have been to many African restaurants all around NC and nobody food is as soul touching as hers.
